The path from main reception to the bungalows was not very well lit which made it difficult to walk and night and in bad weather. Room was a little basic, would have been nice to have a TV for the price you pay.

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately the weather was only good for 1 of these days but this can’t be helped. Staff were very chatty and helpful in arranging transport around the island and back to the port early in the morning. Breakfast was very good & evening meals at the restaurant were tasty. Good drinks menu and happy hour. Really lovely part of the beach so worth it for that alone. I can imagine it is even nicer during peak season.

Équipement. Pay attention to the comments of other customers. We went here because of promo price. Even though the spot is great, It's not worth full price! There is better and cheaper places on each Beach of the Island.

No hairdryer, no cupboard to put your clothes away ,no bedside lamps ,just few hangers,ciment flooring in bathroom made the room smell humidity,lack of matress on beach chairs.Food and cocktails were terrible

Pick-up service did not work - it took 3 calls by locals and 1 hour waiting in the sun! Drop-off however was perfect. Stray dogs on the beach - but much less - and healthier - than at Sok San village beach. Mosquitos - bring a repellant. This is nature … Food/drinks a bit pricy. Wifi was shaky in the main area. In our room it was not existent. No TV, but who needs TV in such a location?

Best and cleanest beach at Long Beach. Our bungalow was a good size, spartanly furnished. Do not rely on booking.com description. Buffet size is depending on the number of guests - which is reasonable. Construction work ongoing for additional 10 bungalows had no negative impact on our well-being.

I was very disappointed in my stay. I paid for a beach villa, however the air conditioning didn’t work, so I was moved to another cheaper villa off the beach (and was not refunded the difference). The villa itself was very dirty (stains on the sheets, and exposed dirt/ earth under the bed (see photos attached). Their is a gap in the door when locked/ closed so bugs get into the room day and night and there was no house cleaning. On my final night a group of Cambodian officials partied all day and night in the villa next to me and the manger did nothing about it. The music was so incredibly loud and they were drinking and partying with no consideration of other people. I called and messaged the manager many times, but nothing happened. They were still partying at 3am. I was promised 15% off my bill at check out but did not receive it. I was promised a refund of $80 US as an apology. This was never received. Take you hard earned money and go and stay down there else. I will never stay in this filthy/ disrespectful hotel again.

A few more sun lounger would be great. On peak times there weren't enough for all the guests.

The location is amazing & the beach is so so beautiful. Probably one of the prettiest beaches l've seen. White sand, turquoise & clear water, small palm trees growing. I like the calm & relaxing vibe of the resort. It's perfect to just hang out and relax. Lots of variety on the menu. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love their free pick up and drop off service! It's very handy as the resort is a little away from the ferry spots.

I liked everything. The staff kindness, the receptionist willingness to help, the restaurant staff, always friendly, smiling and very attentive. Its a very peacefull place, every morning the staff was at the beach cleaning whatever trash was brought in by the sea. The restaurant is very good, and I also enjoyed sitting there in the evenings working on my computer. Wifi is excellent. The rooms are super cozy, I slept very well. I had a very realxing stay.

It is ridisculously overpriced, they advertise this place as a luxury hotel on the beach and charge you a premium for it and then you get there and its barely a 2 star hotel charging the price of a european 4 or 5 star hotel. The room is nothing like the description on booking, there is no flat screen tv, no minibar, the kettle was not working and nearly electrocuted my girlfriend. There was no wifi, after complaining they provided a wifi router that stopped working every single day for several hours, so if you need to work remotely like us, go somewhere else. The hot shower didn't work for 3 days until after complaining several times they finally fixed it, and there is not much water pressure which makes it hard to remove sand from your body (let me remind you this hotel is on the beach). They only do housekeeping if you specifically ask for it and you need to be around because there is only one key for the room. The tiny sofa in the room was very dirty. The staff is friendly but it's mostly a bunch of kids so they are more interested in looking at their phones than actually doing their jobs. The restaurant food is alright but it's 3 times more expensive than anywhere else on the island. There is absolutely nothing nearby this hotel, nothing in walking distance, no convinience store, no restaurants, nothing, so you end up having to eat at the hotel restaurant which is of course overpriced. If you want to go to the village you either have to pay for them to take you there, which they charge 20 dollars, or rent a scooter from them, which they tell you costs 10 dollars for half a day or 20 for full day, but then at checkout when it's time to pay they charge you 20 dollars even if you used it only half days because they rent the bike from somewhere else and they keep it the full day so they then charge you that no matter what, scammers.

The staff were absolutely amazing , especially the helpful and knowledgeable manager who bent over backwards to accomodate all our need. We were picked up by car and shown around , the breaky was lovely and the views of the beach and the beach itself were amazing. We enjoyed swimming and snorkelling around the front of the resort . Thank you for such a memorable stay , we love the island 🏝

Very warm welcome from the manager, Dimitri, who made us feel right até home! We had booked a garden Room and Dimitri was so kind to upgrade US to a sea front bungalow that was big and right on the beach. The water on the beach is cristal clear, much better than in pagoda beach or long set. Lots of marine life That you can see with snorkel, available on the resort! The day we moved to another place on the island he was so kind to take us there! 10 out of 10!!!

Unfinished room and did not look like the room we had booked at all.

The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. We swam every morning and snorkelled and saw some beautiful fish.
