Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

If you cannot afford the more expensive Saa Song private Island Hotel, this is definitly the next best option! They bring your breakfast to your room at the requested time. It was the perfect way to finish our holiday in Cambodia

The suite is everything! Every detail of the room was thought with love and comfort. We enjoyed the bed swing and the hammocks by the sea, and loved the food! Even though there’s no a/c, the fans and the breeze do the job of keeping the room breezy. Miri was a wonderful host, and here beautiful story is worth hearing.

What an complete gem! Absolutely stunning surroundings in a really cute villa right over the water. This is a place you will never forget. Not located in the party part of the island if that's what you are looking for but absolutely worth a visit while in koh rong. The staff at Palm Beach are adorable and did everything possible to make out stay unforgettable. Thansk you!

Best ever. As a regular guest on Palmbeach I stayed this time for two days in Salacia’s Suite on the Palmbeach pier. Never had such an amazing room in my life. Just walk out of your bed into the sea. 100% privacy on your private terrace with a swing bed, sofa and a special kind of hammocks above the sea. Sleeping with the doors open the sea breeze fluttering your bed sheets, like a dream. I would call it a honeymoon suite. This bungalow standing in the sea is incomparable with all the new concrete bungalows on the island. For the rest of my life there will be no hotel room good enough anymore.

AustraliaThe accommodation is very rustic and has a lovely view out over the water. The location is very secluded and good for those wanting to get away. The seclusion is also a bit of a negative as there are no immediate options other than the Palm Beach restaurant/bar, although their food and staff are quite good. There is only fans in the suite and no AC which means the humidity is at 90% all the time over the water.
