Unlike the pictures my shower was NOT seperated from the rest of the bathroom. No power outlets in the bathroom. The balcony exists, but only technically. It's 1 sqm with a chair. Couldn't get a better picture because the door bumps against the AC unit. Might be good enough for a quick smoke, definitely not a place to relax and read a book.

Staff couldn't really suggest day trips and the likes. WiFi was weak and spotty in the room.

Great location within walking distance to night market, waterfront. Room was huge. Also has a small but adequate gym. Staff were polite and friendly.

Room are very spacious. Location is great, 2 mins from the Durian Roundabout and 10 mins from the riverside. Breakfast is good, different varieties of dishes to choose from and prepared at the moment

The hotel is missing a few amenities (like a pool and better equipped gym) for it to receive full marks.

The room was nicely cleaned and very spacious, and it made for a comfortable stay. The room had an amazing view. The location is great, and walking distance from pretty much everything. (Kampot is not very big). There is also a small gym with some equipment.

The water in the shower was only a little better than just cold.

The corner room was very lange. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was very good also with quality fruits. We had a last minute booking so i do not know if that made a difference but the price for the room with breakfast was very good.

The room was massive with two double beds ample seating and a small balcony. The aircon worked well and staff were very gracious. At night the motorbikes were watched over by security.

Personel is very well-intentioned. The room is clean. There is cleaning service every day. Water, tea and coffee are offered. The breakfast is quite good. The view is beautiful. The hotel is very central. Only the equipment of the room is a little lacking. There is a kitchen, but there is no equipment (no plates, forks, knives, spoons or water glasses). Also, there is only 1 bedside nightstand. Despite everything, we were very pleased and recommend it.

The gym had no air-conditioning (at least not that was working), and it was far too hot to use the gym comfortably. Also, the gym is out in the open, overlooking the breakfast room and reception, meaning that people eating or sitting in reception are looking at you. Any of the bedrooms are big enough to place all the gym equipment, so it would be much better to sacrifice a room and use it for a gym.

The room was comfortable and it was generally nice and clean. The rooms are huge (bigger than needed), and the location is excellent. Within minutes walk from the town center.

The breakfast however although a lot of choices, the cooked food was cold only the eggs from the egg station were hot . The bread and fruit was uncovered with many flies on them .

Our room was large and very clean. The property was well situated for local bars and restaurants. All the staff were very good and very helpful.

On two separate mornings we had a cockroach in the room. The first one was barely moving on the floor and the other was on its back squirming. The shower was quite small and the temperature and pressure was unstable and went from burning hot to freezing cold. Breakfast could be improved. Eggs were served cold sometimes and just by themself. Other times they were served with bacon and toast. Flies on the fruit, bread and spreads. Butter was floating in water as the ice had melted.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were all very nice. The room was on the 6th floor, end corner unit with lots of windows and sunlight. Tons of space. Two areas for sitting - sofa with a coffee table as well as two comfortable chairs with a coffee table. Bed was big but a bit hard. A/C, mini fridge, kettle all worked well. Coffee, water, shampoo, soap, etc all refilled daily. Hotel provided affordable and quick laundry service.

The staffs couldn’t speak English so it was a bit difficult to understand each other, but with lots of patience you get there…

The facility was situated in a nice neighborhood, just walking distance from the Old Town Street! The room was clean and quiet! Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good enough, not a very big selection but enough to please the majority!
