The receptionists are not as friendly as other hotels. Never bother to smile as well.

Location, location, location. It's highly recommended if you are taking AREX express train from the airport and you don't need to transfer to subway with your luggages. It's also near the KTX station if you are visiting other cities like Busan. The room is small but comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good!

Needs another pillow. They were able reserve a taxi for me for a 6:45 AM pickup at twice the cost for the cab. A ride to Gimpo International airport was around 24,000 to 27,000 won. The charge given to me the previous night by the hotel was 50,000 won. I’m not sure what or how this price was derived. At previous hotels the taxi was called and at the charge was at the normal price.

Location was good. Room was clean. They were able to reserve a taxi for me for a 6:45 am pick up. Hotel also held our luggage for a couple of days.

Excellent service, great facilities, and cozy atmosphere. Seoulista coffee and financiers and terrific. Location is very convenient, 5mins walk to Hoehyeon Sta. and 10 mins to Seoul Sta.

the daily room cleaning on a few days this trip threw/ consolidated my pjs at the pillow area which looked like it was thrown unwillingly together. i had to keep my pjs in my luggage to prevent the same thing from happening the next day.

i have stayed here 3 times. love the location, the room is cosy and comfy, near namdaemun market and there is a bar at the 1st and 2nd level.

Just a wishlist rather than what I didn't like. If there is an empty room available, would rather the hotel allow us to check-in rather than strictly waiting for the check-in time.

The location of the hotel is superb. It is within walking distance to Seoul Station. The room we rented is big in size, so it is comfortable for travellers with many luggages.

Nice bathroom, room was small but efficient. Loved the pedway connecting the hotel to Seoul station, really helped with bringing heavy luggage. Very close to Myeongdong and subway lines that take you to popular sites.

The directions from the station were not clear. We had to negotiate a lot of stairs when there is an easy route via a walkway that we didn’t know about. Hotel should have given clearer instructions on how to get there

My friends had a problem checking in (through other web sites). The beer place on the ground floor closes at 11 pm on Sunday, which is unusual.

It's just a walking distance from the Seoul main station, which is almost the center of Seoul. The hotel was newly decorated with modern style. There are some restaurants in the facilities.

The location is the BEST . It is within walking distance to Seoul station . Triple room is of a good size , comfortable, heating is great ! The staff is responsive.

- Quiet and dark at night - It seems close to Seoul station in the map. But reality, we need to walk more than expected. So, we always grabbed taxi.

- The hotel locates close to Namdaemund market around 5-mins walk. The market mostly sells clothes and few food shops. At night it's really quiet which means if you would like to eat something late night, you have to prepare. - The room is clean as standard. And they provide 2 bottles of water every day even you didn't open the previous ones.

The location os convenient for transportation from and to the airport and other places via Seoul station. It is also very close to Numdaemun market. The sky walk is very convenient. The Seoulista restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel building is good.
