Little hostel with a great location. The room was a bit small for all the beds plus the bags of everyone but we managed to work it out. A few minutes walk from the Phousi Hill and the night market.

The staff is very kind, they asked me to join when they were eating. Free water refill. A little kitchen and fridge. Bathroom accettably clean.

There were no locks on the doors to any of the rooms. Our room was VERY small. We had a six bed dorm where all the beds were head to toe with barely one square metre of free space in the middle of the room. Zero room for bags. Bathrooms got quite dirty by the end of the day as there were only 3 for all the dorms.

There was no lock on the door to the room. The room was right next to the check in desk. Several times the room door was left open so people could look at the room to see the setup. Also, The manager would knock on the door and quickly open the door to show the room. This happened one time when I had just gotten out of the shower. I would suggest that a lock was put on the door for privacy and safety of items left in room. I did not have anything taken.

The hostel and the location is nice, also the staff is very friendly. If you are a solo traveller looking for a hostel where you can meet other people and that organises events and tours, it might not be the best option for you. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep, it is definitely fine.

I found out there was feces in the toilet and pipe. It seems someone didn't flush, and I was traumatized after seeing that.

Super affordable hostel with comfy beds, curtains, plug sockets and lights in each. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean with hot water. 10 minutes walk from the night market.

Mirrors have not yet been installed in all the bathrooms, but I'm sure that will soon be the case.

Hostel that is just opening up! We were there for 5 days and a lot of new things happened in those 5 days! A great shoe rack, a new mirror... Downstairs the front lobby is still a construction site, but soon it will be finished and it looks really great! It was very cheap and a great location! About 10 minutes walk to the night market. You can wash your clothes for free in the hostel (you need washing powder, but you can buy it around the corner for little money! There is a water dispenser and a great communal area! We met great people! The staff are super lovely the man at reception is so helpful and super sweet🥰. You can also rent motorbikes there for an okay price. There is also a kitchen and a fridge! The madness :) We loved the hostel!

The front of the hostel is under construction. Squeezed way too many beds into an exceptionally tiny room. Rooms smelt of cigarettes with limited airflow. Flimsy and small locker storage, and no ability to lock the room. The whole hostel was very dirty. The staff/the owner also made comments about myself and other travellers which were incredibly uncomfortable. Ended up leaving the first night rather than staying due to the condition of the hostel and general unsafe feeling. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The first morning I woke up to no running water. The staff excused it but didn’t really do anything and acted like it was a very common problem. No cleaners took care of the floating dookies in the toilet bowls.

Not good, we booked this hostel because it was “good price” (it is the most expensive one we have paid in Laos) when we get there the receptionists tell us there are no beds, but he can put us in other room way more expensive, we agreed and when we were about to pay he increase the price again, the room was so small, the bathroom very dirty. Really don’t recommend it, we had to leave the place. Don’t come to this hostel

First - my reservation was not confirmed despite of what I got from Booking. The prices for 12-bed and 6-bed were raised by 30% and 25% respectively during my stay, although their service standard did no increase accordingly. Very tight and hot rooms although the privacy around the beds was fine; some curtins and lamps/sockets/fans by each bed. I hated the bathrooms. Always disgusting wet floor with aftershower water or leaking toilets. No mirror in any bathroom! All apliances were loose and dreadfully matched or finished. No key was issued as the hostel is open 24/7 and the rooms are too. Only small lockers for personal belongins in every room.

Located within walkable distance to the Night Market. Quite comfortable mattresses. The A/C was present but not used too often due to their emplacement just over head of one of the top beds. Cute little fans fitted over the lower bunk beds. So, ask for such a bed. Nice sitting area with mat and simple table where the guests may socialise. But no terrace or another outdoor place. Funny houskeeper, always smily and joker.
