We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaWe didn't get the room we expected as the owner explained, the previous guests got sick and couldn't check out. She offered us a bigger room that was more expensive than what we expected, but she gave us a discount. The room was quite bigger than what we needed but it would have been nice if we had stayed in Savannakhet longer. I can't speak too much about the facilities as we didn't stay long, but the owner was extremely nice. She offered us free dinner and even gave us a free ride to the bus station early next morning, which is going beyond what we expected.

Public areas were unattractive. No screens on windows so forced to use aircon even though it was cool season

United KingdomThe host was a lovely lady, couldn't have been more helpful. On the Sunday a cash point machine broke and took our card. We were due to leave the next morning by bus and she was waiting for us early the next morning and took us to the bank as soon as it opened. She dealt with the bank and got us our card back and manged to get us to the bus station before the bus left.

Italy- When we arrived we had to wait around for half an hour, I think they forgot we were going to check in that day (and we didn't specify the time of arrival) and we were greeted by someone that didn't give us much info about the guesthouse/town/services offered/Tuktuk (avg. 20,000 kip per person in town) and motorbike rentals. - We ended up paying slightly more (1USD, paid 290,000LAK overall) than what was stated on Booking.com because of market exchange rates being different from retail rates. I considered the extra 1USD as a tip for buying us bus tickets!
- The guesthouse owner was nice to us and helped us buy bus tickets to Vientiane with no mark-up at all. - Room was very clean, with Aircon, had a fridge - good value for the price!

ThailandThe towels were very stained. The shower head was broken. There was a constant sewage smell in the room.
Rooms are spacious with fans and aircons. Huge windows. Enough light. Very good location, close to all the eateries and river side. Free coffee and water downstairs. The staff is friendly and you can ask them to drive you around if needed, although I found them to request the same amount of money Tuk Tuk drivers would ask.

United KingdomOk bad bits you need to no there is no balcany just a window the veiw is not of the city but someones back garden its not high enough to see the city no tea maker in room i had to walk dow two flghts of stares and use my own tea so its jusr coffi got there put me in a nice big room but pictures of the family no towles no shower stuff and no balcany as dicribed the ar busy becouse of the visa sitiasion thats is dont like people miss discribing the rooms would not go back allso a little lane leading up to the hotel not good for dogs at night sorry but i tell how it is just so you no pay more better oh and when you want a shower the tiolet is in the way so you have to stand behind it what a joke

TunisiaA bit far away from the embassy and the taxis are not always available there. Also, no Grab here, so watch out for that.
The owner lady was super nice to me. She made sure everything was clear and drove me to the best phone place around to get a sim card, to a print shop to print the missing documents for my visa, then to the consulate. Then she drove me back to the guest house and thus saved me a lot of time and money. What else could you wish for? Room service on point, quiet place, very decent price where you get everything for 530 bahts. If you want to get away from the main road's noise of cars and engines, this place is for you.

ThailandThe room I booked was unavailable and the only room available required me to pay more. I did not like this as I booked a room at a price I was expecting to pay, but they did not have that room as another person did not check out as they were supposed to. I saw it in at least another review where a room booked on booking at this location was not available.
The manager is very kind and willing to provide transportation as a service of the hotel. With the exception of the dogs at the facility, the location was quiet.

UzbekistanThe shower wasn’t comfortable. The waterline pressure was small. The towels were stained and had holes sometimes. But this is a good accommodation for its cost.
Our room had a separated dining room. Wi-Fi mostly worked good. SmartTV. The hostess speaks English, was very kind, extended our room without any problems. And she kindly drove us to the visa center.
