The hotel is good and the staff is cooperative and friendly. I will not forget the cooperation of Mrs. Maya, Faten, Randa and Mr. Eid in the restaurant. It was a good experience and I will repeat it.

The water that I used for washing was salty and had a taste, which we found out that most of the places like (restaurants, cafes, etc…) had the same issue especially in Beirut, so I think it’s a normal thing there.

All of the staff were kind, and also there is a guy called Ali that helped us rent a car, they are really nice people. The room was excellent , very comfy, and everything was clean and new

The bathroom appeared to need some minor maintenance. One point to be aware of is the tap water; it seemed like treated seawater, which was perfectly fine for showering, but I'd recommend using bottled water for drinking.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Hamra! I had a wonderful experience at Queens Suite Hotel. The room was impressively spacious, clean, and very well-organized, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The bathroom was equally large, with a good, clean shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the bustling Hamra district. It's extremely central and accessible, with countless shops and amenities just steps away. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were universally kind and cooperative. The receptionist was particularly helpful, going above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp before my arrival to coordinate, which was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, I was thrilled when they offered me a complimentary upgrade and allowed me an early check-in as my room was ready. Practical aspects were also great – the hotel offers garage parking at an affordable rate, complete with convenient valet service. Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to the great room, prime location, and truly outstanding staff. Highly recommended!

I think the room was a smoking room, because I smelled something like this, however this didn't bother me. I was happy with my room, which has a king bed size.

The room is big, well-organized, and the bathroom as well, the air condition works well and the shower is clean and good. Location is at the heart of Hamra district and there are many shops are available at the vicinity of the hotel. Staff are very kind and cooperative.
