We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWifi in room not working well. Only tile floor everywhere without any pads under the furnitures or carpets: basically whenever someone’s speaks or moves a furnitures it echoed loudly.. would be very easily improved with some felt pads.
The staff was really kind and the bed / room comfortable and clean. Location was good too not in the busy Kandy but not far. They arranged car and tuktuk easily for us.

The only issue would be the location. Is not easy to access. The road is narrow and there is no light at night which makes it not easy to drive.
The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The view is amazing! The staff is really friendly and made sure that we had a nice stay. Finally the buffet is really good!! I would definitely come back to this hotel for our next trip to Kandy.

United KingdomOver half an hour wait for the room to be ready.. Seems to be policy as everyone else during our stay had to wait. Only one thin towel person. No good if you want to wash your hair as well. Noisy AC that we couldn't work out how to turn off. Not even the display.
Absolutely stunning view from our room over Kandy and the mountains. Sri Lankan Breakfast was delicious. Great shower and hairdryer.

United Kingdomit’s a little out of the main town up a steep hill- definitely need to take a tuktuk home if you walk into the town Is VERY loud at night with the wildlife. not an issue for us but highly recommend bringing ear plugs!

Czech RepublicUnfortunately it’s quite far from the centre and the road is very steep and bumpy, so even with a tuk tuk it’s an adventure! What I also didn’t like was dinner - the food was under average and desserts were not tasty at all. So I rather recommend booking the room with breakfast only, it was really good. And one last issue - it takes very long time until you get the dish in the restaurant, so even served breakfast took minimum 1 hour. This should be improved.
First of all, the view is absolutely stunning! This is something that will never get bored. The room looks modern, is equipped with AC and beds are comfy. Moreover, the staff is very helpful and always tries to help. Breakfast was delicious!

Czech RepublicThe weakest point of the hotel is the restaurant and its staff, the waiters, and the chef. We paid half board. Breakfast and dinner were completely insufficient for the hotel category, small selection and quality were not good. The staff did not arrive in time to prepare breakfast. Estimated opening hours 7:00, Sci-Fi. We didn't have breakfast until 7:30.
The location of the hotel above the city, which promised a great night's sleep, which is not common in these destinations, where the horn is the most important part of the car. Unfortunately, due to the noisy air conditioning in the adjoining rooms, this was not the case. What I would like to commend is the reception staff for their willingness and approach to address our requirements. For example, arranging a late dinner, which was the only one approaching the announced level of the hotel.

RussiaAlthough all rooms overlook the river side, there are 3 or 4 different positions of the rooms. Only some of them, which are in the center, have no borders from both sides of the balcony. The view from our room was not panoramic because of the wall on the right hand. I would prefer to know that beforehand.
