The hotel needs an uplift, specially the room window glasses need a cleaning to give the best viewing experience to the guests

The staff and their hospitality, Ajith and Pubudu have been exceptionally supportive. The view from the room is breathtaking, a waterfall can be seen from the room and also the Kotmale reservoir from far. A great morning experience as you wake up and walk to the balcony, misty mountains are stunning. Nice comfy beds as well.

Unfortunately, the room did not fully meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was fine but not up to the mark. Moreover, there was a discrepancy between the amenities listed on the Booking.com site and what was actually available in the room. The absence of air conditioning, a bidet, a functional desk, ironing facilities, wake-up service/alarm clock, and outdoor furniture was quite disappointing. The cleanliness and comfort of the room could have been better. I expected a more meticulous attention to detail in terms of room service. Additionally, ensuring that the amenities listed on the Booking.com site are actually available in the room would have greatly improved the experience. A functional desk and other amenities would have added value to the stay.

I was quite impressed with the breathtaking views the Oak Ray Tea Bush had to offer. The picturesque surroundings of the lake, mountains, and river truly enhanced the overall experience. The staff were commendable, always ready to assist and even facilitated a room change to offer me a better view. The process of changing rooms went smoothly, thanks to the supportive staff. I was able to secure a room that offered a more unobstructed view of the beautiful surroundings. The facilities were good, providing a decent level of comfort and convenience during my stay.

Surrounding and the view is absolutely beautiful. Nice greeny scenery in front of your bed. Climate is very comfy. Feels like 20°.

The view is breathtaking. Janath Herath, the front office manager, was of extreme help to us. When we went out for the waterfalls, he drew us a map of how to get there. He also gave us his number to contact him at any time if anything happens (specially with sudden rains).

The view is breathtaking. It is an Ideal place to experience greenish panoramic view with waterfalls and tanks . Team was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended .

The rooms were big and had a nice view. It's good if they can improve the cleanliness of the rooms (there were no major issues) and add a few more floor towels to their rooms. The food was tasty and fresh. The restaurant management and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They are doing a great job. We had a satisfying stay!

Cleanliness is nil and the booking says there’s AC but none of the rooms have it. Linen, rooms and toilet are not clean. Only good thing here is the scenery. Defintely won’t go back.

- very used facilities - cleaning should be improved - took a bit for the shower to get warm - food was okay, but we had much better food in Sri Lanka

Rooms were old and not renovated and need renovation. Bath tub has nice view but didn't even felt taking bath as it was looking dirty. Towels were not clean. Provided partially used shower gel. Beds need to be cleaned.
