As so many other places in Sri Lanka, the internet connection was not good.

Exceptionally friendly staff. A small family is taking care of the three rooms and they are extremely nice and helpful. Besides, the setting on a hill overlooking the ocean is magnificent.

The view was absolutely fabulous - whether you wer having breakfast / a beer or even working in your room. The a la carte breakfast was very filling and I enjoyed the local offerings tremendously ! Lenard, the owner, takes exceptional personal care, and was always attentive to small requests - like honey for my morning tea :) They organised pickup from Weligama station and even a very early morning drop back to the station...thanks a ton !

We had a great time a this hotel! The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was great and the hosts were very friendly and helped us with booking excursions and tuktuks in Mirissa. The location is great as well: from the rooms, you have an awesome view on the sea and the secret beach, in our opinion the nicest beach in Mirissa, is just aound the corner.

the only what could work better is internet (after midnight was really fast but before midnight rather slow -> for me it was not so much important).

Extremely kind and helpful owners. Very clean and peaceful place. I recommend to everybody who would like to have calm place not far to the beach with really perfect view to have a rest.

Just that its little away from the main road but i guess thats ok

Can't expect more, it's a perfect abode for travellers. Its secluded but just beautiful and my stay was mesmerising. I really had a great time. It was literally home away from home. The view throughout the day is fantastic, as i said earlier its really "A Perfect View". Would love to stay next time when I am in Mirissa 😊 The host were just superb and very welcoming.

Great stay in this establishment, the 3 bedrooms have an incredible view on the ocean. We couldn't have dreamed of better. Tissara and her parents are lovely hosts who welcomed us wonderfully. The juices, meals and breakfasts were delicious. Thank you for everything, we will definitely come back on our next trip to Sri Lanka.

The hotel is very isolated; no proper roads. The care taker when asked about facilities asked us to cancel our booking and connect with booking.com The care taker was drunk. there was no food facility - dinner.

Even though the view is great, the location itself of the hotel is not convenient at all. Difficult to reach. It should be mentioned that it is not possible to reach the place by car. We arrived late in the evening with suitcases and had some trouble to call tuk tuk that would suit all our belongings and take us to the place. In the evening is not so cozy, as the bar not working, no people around. Wifi not working. Didn’t feel very cozy.

The room rate is expensive for the guesthous e facilities. Near is the Secret Beach with loud music until 1am.

which has no alcohol! Had to ask someone to fetch a drink - a LKR3000 tuktuk fare apparently... Others should know that they dont have a credit card machine, the road is for tuktuks taxis wont go there.

The location, the view, is great. The properties off to the side are a bit of an eyesore but if youre looking at the sea its fine. The garden area is nicely done with a bar...

1. If you have a big vehicle, you will not be able to reach the property as it has steep roads and sharp turns.You need to take Tuk tuk for which they would charge 200-300LKR 2. Complimentary breakfasts will be served at the lawn in front of the rooms. The dishes can atleast be covered with tissues or some plates. So much houseflies outside and sitting over your foods.

Rooms was good, as you step out of the room you will be able to see the ocean with rock beds .!! Good view. Staffs there were good. Close to all beaches. 20-30 mins car drive to Polhena beach.
