Hotel is best for family stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They cater to every need of the guests. Special thanks to Mr Rane for preparing dosa for my family. Will be visiting again this property in future. Sihan and kaveesha were very helpful in the property.

Rooms. We were given 2 rooms on ground floor and 2more in 1st floor. The ground floor rooms were pathetic. Dirty, bad quality toilet, and list doesn't stop here.

The rooms felt like they needed a lot of work. They were unmaintained and need to be upgraded to match the price point per night. The bathroom was a serious disappointment. There was a terrible drain smell that seeped into the room and made it very unpleasant.

The pool was great! And the location suited us for the Golden Temple, cave temples and hot air balloon ride. The breakfast was fine.

There was little hot water or water pressure and the bathroom smelt of stagnant water. The food for dinner was average compared to other food we’ve had in Sri Lanka.

Great pool and bed was comfortable. Location was good, easy to get to local attractions. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options.

So disappointed! Room was dirty, I had to ask for another one which was not so good as well. The restaurant didn’t even serve all the food that is on the menu and the buffet for breakfast was not open because no enough customers. Swimming pool was not even clean. Food in general was bad : cold, not fresh food. I won’t recommend that place

The hotel is old and the rooms smell as mold and have mold... I understand there is a lot of humidity, but maybe they can do something about it ... We had an economy room, they gave us one room at ground floor, big room, with refrigirator, but it smelled really bad as mold and they kindly change our room, but they gave us one small room without refrigerator and without a window. (The window was dark and blocked because it had a view in the kitchen, we know that because we were able to hear the staff) The food, the kotu rotti was not good... Sadly, the pictures do not represent the reality.

Room wasn’t clean at all, the furniture and doors were old and worn out, bathroom was badly designed, shower drain was on completely offsite site from the shower, the bathroom was constantly wet, also the smell form the shower drain was very bad from the beginning of our stay, Food was okay but nothing great especially for the price, we had better in Sri Lanka Doors were definitely not found proof, you can hear all other guests leaving their rooms So safe in the room only a locked drawer in the closet Also we paid extra for the balcony although we were supposed to have an outside eating area provided with our reservation and it turned out the balcony was terrible, just two very old chairs and an old table and loud AC box, definitely not worth paying 1200Rs/ night for it alone Overall not great but the locals told us that is the best you can get in this area so you have to decide for yourself

I didn't like anything, nothing is up to the standard. I booked for all inclusive package and while i checked in they said it's not available in their hotel. I booked for a superior room and the room is very tiny I struggled with my 2 kids. They refused to offered food for babies at last I argued and got it. At last they served a biriyani for lunch and they offered an uncooked chicken ( raw chicken) we were immediately checked out without talking with them. This hotel should be removed from booking.com.

The rooms were not clean. For a 45 usd stay for two nights, I ended up paying 35 usd for breakfast which is absolutely absurd. Property does not provide more than two small bottles of water and you end up buying water bottle at 3 times the marked price of the bottle from the restaurant.

The rooms were not that clean, bathrooms did not have shampoo/conditioner/body gel, bugs were everywhere, the entrance to the room was swarming with bees, breakfast lacked variety

Located nearby the Holy Dambulla caves. Ideal for walking towards the caves or a trip to Sigiriya. Warm and welcoming staff. Rooms were very tidy, Asian meals were very good. Nice swimming pool to relax afterwards. An exceptional mention to the very friendly, extremely helpful and always friendly person named 'Chathuranga'; this very polite guy provides an exceptional service in the restaurant and pool and always comes with a warm disarming smile. Ready to provide you with some good local advice when needed. Respect Chathuranga!

We booked for 2 nights only and we stayed 6 nights. Actually we are still here and we don't want to leave! The staff is super helpful, the food is excellent, the room with balcony is big and clean and everything works well. The location is beautiful, far away from the noise of the roads and at 20 minutes walk from the entrance of the cave temple. The price compared to the quality of the hotel is really cheap. Some of the plug points weren't working in one room. The air condition didn't work properly kept turning off while sleeping. They were nice enough to change the room the following day the air conditon was a bit better in the other room but also turned off from time to time.
