We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThey don’t have a price list or menu for the drinks and meals. I would say it is good to have a price list if you offering this service to tourists
Good location to access to the safari. Bedroom comfortable and the family running the place very kind and helpful. They prepared us meals to take to the safari and arranged the Jeep. Also made us a bbq dinner Is located 5 minutes far from the little village center, with plenty of local shops and bus stops. The swimming pool was great!

United KingdomBeing woken up at 6:30am the day before when I was very tired from a long flight, because you wanted to know if I wanted a safari. Don't do this. Message the person when they book. Bedrooms were clean but bathrooms were mixed - ours was ok but my daughter's was dirty - she had to clean the toilet herself and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. I didn't sleep well here. It was either very cold air from the air conditioning pointed directly at me in bed with only a thin bath towel sized sheet to protect me, or a hot sticky night when my body hadn't yet acclimatised to the heat and humidity. I know this seems like a lot of complaining but it's really feedback to the hotel so they can improve. We've travelled a lot so expected to deal with some of these things.
Very friendly family run hotel close to Wilpattu National Park. A short walk from Nochchiyagama centre for access to ATMs and supplies. It's peaceful and relaxing with well maintained grounds. The best thing about the hotel is the family who make you feel really welcome. Food was good and they arranged a tour of the temples and a meal at a great restaurant in Anuradhapura for us, which was a wonderful experience. If you want to stay somewhere authentic just outside the usual tourist trail then I highly recommend.

NetherlandsIf you are looking for the best hotel to stay for your trip to Wilpattu National Park, this is the place!! We had an amazing 3 nights here. The rooms are clean and big. Property is beautifull, and even has a swimming pool. The food here is the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka, we ate the same curry three nights in a row because it was so good. But the best part is the family that runs the place. They have the kindest and sweetest souls and really made our stay the best. We would love to come back and would HIGHLY recommend!! And they also have the sweetest dogs.

AustraliaQuite a new hotel which is well on the way to excellence.
This beautiful property and accomodation would suit visitors seeking tranquility, beauty and a delicious, healthy chemical-free authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine. Surrounded by beautiful rice (paddy) fields and peacocks strolling around, the whole property is tranquil, restful, with a beautifully appointed and well kept garden that lives in harmony with its surrounds. Run by a wonderful family, who did so much to ensure we were happy, satisfied, and organised transport as well as safari for us. in spite of tricky logistics due to being holiday period. It accomodates Sri Lankan as well as international visitors, which is wonderful as I am Sri Lankan living abroad, and it was great to have good conversations with other Sri Lankans.
