No A.C. in room when it is 30 C outside - does not feel great. On top of it - we had a bunch of big spiders around balcony door, and some got inside the room and scared the hell of my children. We kept the balcony door shut. Another disapointment was the fact that in Dogfriendly hotel fireworks are are allowed at midnight (during celebration in restaurant). While dog owners need to sign the agreement that dogs should be quite during 22 - 7 otherwise could get a penalty. Our dog was freaked out at mignight when firework started. Well, this is life and understandable, but should not the rules be applied to all kind of clients to not discriminate others.

We liked the location, next to beautiful park area. Hotel is pet friendly and offers complimentary snacks for dogs. Great view in the breakfast restaurant. Enjoyed it. Hotel has its own relaxed & chilling vibe. Staff was great, very polite breakfast servants. Availability of large pool and proper size gym was great.

1) This year 2022, and probably 2023 - main challenge is to find the access by car, as main street is under severe renovation 2) The girl in reception “was not in a mood” talking English and explaining “what’s in the house” 3) We used 2 budget rooms, and there were no chance to adjust air-conditioner in both of them

1) Interesting concept: old building with own style combined with a pool 2) Surpising differnce between entrance side and backside from the river - strongly recommend to take a trip around the facility :) 3) Good breakfast

Will be very noisy if there is an event downstairs in the restaurant. We had stayed in another room before and it was very clear there was a wedding or something like that happening until very late at night.

Due to reconstruction works in the area it was not easy to find the correct driving towards the hotel (google and waze suggestions were misleading).

we booked beautiful double 20kv m room with big window but we got small room with small roof window. luckily we changed room after complaining, it was more similar room we expected

shower is located about 30cm off the ground and I forgot getting out and startled myself. I was asking the staff how the swimming pool and sauna worked as most places have different rules. Her English was not great and she just brought me to show the location. Then she thought I wanted a safe and gave me a lock and key. Both myself and son enjoyed ourselves until leaving as no towels available. We should have brought the ones in our hotel. Other than than we had a lovely time and will stay there again.

There's always some big happening in the hotel during the weekends - and therefore the whole hotel is very noisy and the restaurant too busy to serve ordinary quests. Earlier the staff has been very friendly and nice but this May we met 'the Cruella' of the house. A blond rude receptionist who found everything we asked for impossible. Made us laugh back then, but would be a good idea to teach the new staff to smile and be nice.

Location is wonderful and so are most of the rooms. Breakfast is overwhelming.

there were no towels to use in pool and sauna area, had to use room towels.

Breakfast was good. Room was large and view was good. pillows were excellent. Had dinner in restaurant and the meal was great. Enjoyed the training pool25m and sauna.
