The location is beautiful but is is remote so you you do need a car to get to the local town

The staff could not be more helpful, for advice on local amienities to booking the gym pool and spa. The rooms are large, and the views are amazing

Not cozy, feels very empty, no slippers for the spa zone so if you didn’t bring yours - have to go with outside shoes. The items in the room have been used for a long time, for example crumpled leaflets or even tea bags. There were only 3 towels for us 4, so the feeling is that there is no loving attention in the service

The pillows were too big and heavy, even the one indicated as soft. In the morning the wellness area was supposed to be open from 9.30, but the employee only started the heating at 9.45 (after a reminder!), so the sauna and hammam temperature were only acceptable as from 10.00.

Very good spa and wellness facilities, especially the sauna area; a nice and very clear swimming pool and jacuzzi, with a small fitness area. Nice and friendly staff, meals at the restaurant better quality than on some previous occasions, some really delicious. Great location for a quiet stay or walks with the dog.

Noisy in the morning. everybody starts working very early , even opperating some landscaping machines.

Remotly located, 30 min drive from Luxembourg Town , nice quiet area , typical golf course hotel. Mercure level, nothing more, nothing less. Acceptable breakfast but closing at 9,30 which is not confortable for a leisure resort. Good wifi. Pool/spa area upper medium. Nice surroundings , excellent for bike rides or forest walks. Free parking.

This has got to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in during our 4 week travels around Europe. The stopover in Luxembourg was just an overnight on our way to Belgium and we are so glad we chose this hotel for our family of 8. (4 adults and 4 children). After travelling all across France and Switzerland, this hotel was a dream. Big and spacious rooms with big and comfy beds. Breakfast was ok for $20 euro pp. lovely location and such beautiful greenery. The pool and fitness room were great too! If we ever happen to be back In Luxembourg we will definitely return. Thank you.

The spa zone is not accessible for kids under 16, this should be mentioned on a page. Also all saunas turned off till 9.30, what is the point of booking a slot. Generally spa zone is very weak.

Nothing. We liked everything. It is a big far away from Luxembourg, but it is a short drive to the city. Totally worth it if you come with a car. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t have a car when the goal is to visit Luxembourg.

The family room was big and very comfortable for our family of four. The wonderful pool was what we enjoyed the most. Water temperature was perfect, it was clean, and beautiful. The restaurant and bar were great, but a bit pricey. The staff was always very nice and polite.
