Sometimes weather. The apartment has everything to spend a city break in Riga.

Clean room, great contact with the owner. The room has everything you need to make breakfast: cutlery, cups, plates. A large wardrobe and a lot of mirrors :) Thanks for all, Ramune! Paldies!

Hosts are kind and informative, would check in on you to see if everything is to your liking. There is a leaflet in the studio with personalised points of interest in Riga and around the property. My room was clean, slept well and I liked the decor, had all the amenities I needed especially when it came to cooking! The location is great, conveniently near a shopping centre and the old town.

Only negative thing was somewhat broken was a rod holding the shower curtain, but it was still serving its purpose.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. Although the apartments are located in an older build (meaning no elevator), our room had everything we needed, heating was spot on as it was winter and the host was very friendly. It's possible to do a contactless check-in - we received all the necessary info in a message prior to our arrival and everything went smoothly. Another great advantage is the location - it's a walking distance from the very center and also to some public transport stops.

Wifi signal didn’t reach most of the room, just the doorway area. Kitchen equipment was a bit strange - eg stovetop and kettle but no toaster or microwave. Check-in information was insufficient - had to call on arrival as no instructions given for how to get in and the address supplied was the wrong floor so ringing the bell didn’t help.

Very comfortable room. Fantastic location for both the old town and the city centre. Easy to get to from the bus station.

Haha there are a few stairs to go up, and the room is a bit cold, even when turning the heater on.

The bed was great, amazingly comfortable. Things are organised and fancy! Ramune, the host, was exceptionally helpful and always available when questions came up, such as connecting to the internet or finding the hotel.

The room is a bit smaller than expected, but otherwise everything else is perfectly fine.

The location is great, very near Old Town and the train station. Communication from host is also very clear and the instructions to get in the house is also clear.

Bigger beds would be nice

The location was fantastic and the communication was great. The host always offered to provide us with whatever we needed. Both rooms were very clean and had a basic kitchenette. There was also a shared lounge and the most important thing: a coffee machine ^^

That we saw another apartement on the website than we got. Apparently i should have said something at the beginning of our stay, than the owner would have done something about it. So its also kind of my fault.

Need to think of it. At first glance, I don't see. May be, clarify in the announcement that this is a residential building and that the suites are in the last floor. To avoid 2-3 confusion when you arrive.

About the perfect location: On the one hand, 5 minute walk from the start of the Old city cultural and touristic area, on the other hand, 2 minutes walk from the best residential area of Riga for locals ( nice building, shops, coffees,..). About the building : Nice lobby, gives you a genuine feeling of Riga history. About the studio : Perfect, light interior design; spacious enough; About the Staff: Marvelous : From pre-checking to check out. Takes care of you, anticipates, at your disposal. High standard professionalism that you dream of.

The entrance and the stairs made us feel uncomfortable at first, but it is a historical area and you shouldn't expect a lift etc.

The location was the most important advantage to us. I was travelling with my son and had two days in Riga and the location of the apartment made it so easy for us to see almost all the places we wanted to visit. It is quite close to main attractions.
