We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaWe booked this place mainly because of the pool and spa facilities that were promised. However, upon arrival it was explained that “all year access to the pool” meant the pool and saunas were only available on Fridays and weekends, and so was the restaurant. The staff was kind, and we had the chance to use the pool (but not the spa) for a seperate charge. The pool was nice, and we can only imagine how good the full experience must be. It was also a bit tricky to find a place for supper in Aizkraukle. The walls were also quite thin and our kid woke up several times during the night because of noise, and the hotel was quite empty.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Good sized pool and nice spa area. The staff was supportive and gave us access to the pool for a seperate charge. Despite some other reviews, we enjoyed the breakfast.

Breakfast was included which was lovely and we booked the room last minute when we had to quickly book somewhere when not being able to find our way in Latvia and getting lost! This hotel came to the rescue with a cheap price and a lovely hotel stay, couldn’t recommend more!

EstoniaThey have given our booked room to earlier arrival, we had booked suite but got usual family room and other who booked family room, got our suite. towels were rolled wet and placed on bed and smelled terribly. Breakfast was gone, they even asked, what time we want to eat, every tray was empty. Just terrible experience for our family. Everything looked okay, but a lot of bugs were in the room and some bugs crawled out from ceiling. It needs pest control, more waitresses in the restaurant (I think the chef served the food also, she was too busy to fill the food trays) only positive thing was customer service, it was polite.
