- for the location and size, a slightly bigger and better equipped gym would be great but that is me nitpicking, I had to get creative with my workouts - pool could also be bigger but again this is nitpicking - gets busy if people book restaurant/loungers by the pool but apart from that it's ok

- hospitality was great, they helped us with EVERYTHING, from the security guard to the cleaners, all super nice - pool wasn't humungous but really nice, with a great garden and different trees overhanging from the terrace and the private balcony we had - breakfast was superb - restaurant/bar was also superb, even when I requested random things like 'bread and olive oil' to just snack on they provided at no cost and they had a live band playing in the evening which was great - location is superb also

Room 103 is next to reception so it can be quite loud. Also the floors are hard and you can hear people upstairs walking (maybe place a rug?). I had to sleep with earplugs. Service can be hit and miss.

The property is lovely, suites are large. It looks magical. Breakfast is decent and some staff are quite helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, very peaceful and authentic and also smells delicious! All the staff we encountered on our stay were incredibly polite and friendly. We stayed in a suite and it was exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. The Medina is a 30 minute walk away but the walk is pleasant. Alternatively the hotel will organise you a taxi in minutes. We highly recommend this hotel and would return without question.

Very romantic restaurant with excellent selectio of food and we absolutely loved the live Maroccan music in the evening . Breakfast in the room was awesome and we were upgraded to the white suite which was stunning . The staff is very attentive ad want to make sure you are having a great time . they helped us with finding a carpet as well . The location is great and the interior design have been carefully thought trough in every detail from the furniture to furnishing both outdoors and indoors literally so many beautifull artifacts that would take ages to list them all ( by the bar a antique italian coffee machine probabl;y 1930's ... Don't know where the owner finds all the staff bur=t surely would have loved to meet him\her and chat about the history of the buiildig. . Our suite had a beautiful selection of Moroccan interior design books and the huge private terrace had a large sunbed as well. If you are iterested in interiors ad architecture you would really appreciate Dar Rizhlane...

Dar Rhizlane managed to bring together under one roof the best of Moroccan hospitality. The decoration of the rooms and the lobby and the landscaping of the garden are stunning. Authentically Moroccan hospitality with impeccable taste. Every little detail has been expertly thought through. Every little touch is a tribute to Moroccan traditions. Above all, what makes the experience truly unique is the staff’s genuine kindness and care to make you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. Thank you again Soumaya and team for making my stay a memorable one. I will definitely come back. I need to try the hammam!

The matress was too soft for my back.

The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and kind to us. The weather was too hot and the place provides the perfect environment to chill out by the pool. We lad lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing. Very good chef and breakfast was fab.

Only very tiny things - they could maximise sunbathing space by replacing chairs and tables on one side of the pool with a few more sunloungers as I think there was a bit of anxiety from some guests about getting a lounger (lots of reserving with bags and towels!). Extra plugs for charging by the beds would be handy as the electric points in the rooms are very limited. Sometimes the staff at the restaurant could be a bit more attentive, I had to ask for things multiple times (still water, the bill) and would watch them just chatting to each other and forgetting these requests. The food was nice, but they self proclaim the restaurant is one of the best in Marrakech, I am not sure I would completely agree with that bold claim! Portion sizes were a bit all over the place, sometimes huge (e.g. starters), which caused a few people at dinner to descend into giggles with how big the starters were - then sometimes the mains not so huge. Was a bit confusing what you were going to get.

This may be THE MOST stunningly beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot!). The decoration and finishing touches of this small boutique hotel are exquisite. The staff are always pleasant, friendly and happy to help. The rooms are large, clean and spacious, with a beautiful terrace and everything you need. The pool is heated and I had a nice massage in the spa. The food was also good quality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Marrakech. Only a 5min taxi to the city centre too and 10mins to the airport.
