I am very grateful to the girls at the reception for their help. They called a taxi to the airport at night; were always in touch, and answered a thousand questions. A friendly and comfortable hotel where you can relax before and after your flight. I recommend it, a very nice place.

Rarely have I had the pleasurer of staying in a hotel where everything was of top quality. The staff were efficient and extremally helpful in every way. I was given an upgrade room which was much appreciated. A special thanks to Denis for his kindness. On my next trips I will certainly stay here, I will also recommend this place to all my friends.

Not the ideal soundproofing, and no window, as it's at least in the budget room.

A perfect option for a short stay. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent bed and spotless bathroom. A bonus - welcome drink with a small bottle of wine/steal water/coffee/tea.

In the restaurant in the same building we realy waited for long time to get what we ordered, and also beefsteak was like a meat in a burger.

Mini bar prices a bit high. Cost of room pretty high compared to other places in the country. Location is pretty far from central (of course I knew this when booking, just to reiterate that compared to other options it is quite far out of central), had to take a taxi each time which took around 20 minutes and approx 50-60 lei each way.

Staff very helpful. Free welcome wine. Large bed. Nicely decorated. Good shower. Warm. Plenty of space.

1. Breakfasts, the eating place is located as if in a bar, or in the aisle, a lot of black, and does not cause appetite, besides that I would change the serving by adding some natural materials. And change the menu. 2. The door in the massage room, it feels like it doesn’t exist, and you are lying half-naked on the massage table among the people who walk around the hotel, this absolutely does not allow you to relax, not only is it noisy, it also seems to you that someone has entered the massage room .

The best thing about this hotel is the level of reception service, the service starts already at the airport, they even call a taxi for you. followed by their lovely faces at the front desk who will always find better for you than they should give you for your money. The hotel also has masseurs who do their job well, helping to relax. The rooms are always very clean, you can find everything you need in them, even plates with kitchen utensils, you can call the reception the first time if Chisinau -it means Tulip Thanks to the reception staff, Ekaterina and Elena, you are the best

Location, staff, room, etc. were all excellent. We didn't get the chance to sample the breakfast as we had an early flight, but the restaurant looked great.

Be aware that the boiler runs out of hot water very fast and you might need to wait for hours for the next shower. That is a big problem if you just arrived and want to take a shower. There will be no hot water.

It was clean. The staff were friendly.

The restaurant, though has good rating, did not have a variety of dishes, it is more a Pub than a Restaurant.

The hotel itself is clean, new and futuristic. Room size was more then enough for me.
