It is a little bit far away the markets and restaurants because it is right in frond of the lake. naturally okey but keep in the mind.. ofcourse there are a few restaurants but they are a bit expensive. it is a option to have some food and drink before you go there..

Its right by the lake. After the stairs, you are on the lake. Pieceful place with birds, frog sounds and nature views and you have wi-fi.. There are chairs for sunbathing and many little fishes in the sea.. owners are so kind

The apartments are right on the beach so you have to leave the car on the road up and go with your bags by foot for 10 minutes. The terrace is shared between two rooms and there is no fence or wall in between. There is separate sitting area but not a lot of privacy.

The location is great if you want to stay in Trpejca for beach. The view from the terrace is spectacular. The room was specious and clean.

Nothing, superb place to stay, cannot recommend highly enough

Exceptionally clean, superb location for exploring local area, right on the lake front, two or three strides and you were getting wet feet! Very comfortable, excellent selection of local restaurants within 100 metres. Host was extremely helpful Lovely balcony to sit and watch the sunset over the mountains

They should repair the bathroom door and water flushing in the toilet shell. Poor TV channels and Sitting sets on the balcony were very dirty. Common balcony with another studio.

We spent 3 nights in Villa Bube and had a great time. The rooms are very spacious, especially the top floor where we were. The balcony in front of our room is amazing with a fantastic view of the lake. The apartment has everything you need and everybody is very nice and helpful. Location is right in the middle of all the attractions you would want to visit around Ohrid, plus lots of taverns to choose from right along the beach. It was fairly crowded on the beach but we were there for the weekend so that is probably why. Also parking is an issue as it gets crowded, but again we managed to sqeeze in somewhere.

First time in Trpejka? Then read this. Trpejka is a nice little village, and Lake Ohrid is really nice, worth going. Villa Bube is also a good price-quality ratio. But the problems start in the car parking lot if you go in the summer months. Trpejka/Villa Bube is right on the beach, where you can't get close by car. You have to walk approx. 100m downhill/uphill anyway. DO NOT put Villa Bube as the destination in the navigator, because then you will be directed to a small parking lot, which is complete chaos. And there is a only one small road leading there, which cannot fit 2 cars side by side. More cars are coming all the time, and you're guaranteed to be stuck in an already full parking lot. Put Villa Trpe in the navigator, you will be directed a little higher, but there is a really big free parking lot. Yes, unfortunately you have to carry the things a little further down to the lake, but believe me, it's much better than being completely stuck with your car in the village's only, and very small, parking lot. Lake Ohrid itself is great in Trpejka :) but the beach is small, and it fills up with people by 11 o'clock at the latest. Villa Bube was great for the price, good internet, right on the beach, and there is even a shade on the beach in front of it, as well as a small shop. Btw, Villa Bube can only be accessed from the beach side, through the balconies. This didn't bother us. There are also restaurants on the beach, and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. We had a great (budget) vacation here

Amazing view from our top floor room. Very peaceful sitting on the outdoor setting with a morning coffee, or afternoon beer, overlooking the lake. Very comfortable and spacious bed. Cooking facilities and a large fridge. Lovely helpful staff, despite the language differences. Clean & clear beach. I would definitely return to this place to stay if I can hopefully get back to Macedonia & Trpejca one day.

We had a grate time in this beautiful apartment. The woman upstairs was great and helped wherever she could. The owner was easy to reach and Berry friendly.

The property itself was too basic with cheap bedding (nylon), kitchenappliances and funiture. The bathroom was very basic, with a shower that wouldn't drain and nowhere to put things.

The location of the property was absolutely fantastic, right at the lake with wonderful views in a lovely small village.
