The amount of student groups staying at the hotel, they were well behaved and the staff managed them well but it really felt like we were on a school trip. The pool was always full and had daily very loud music playing by th pool. Families and couples like us didn't get a look in. It's a shame because we love this hotel and actually put us off staying again also local bars and restaurants say they are suffering because obviously children don't use them. Shower isn't very good

There was no fridge in the room. Many student groups were at the hotel, and they were very noisy even in the night. Dinner ran out quickly, e.g. instead of Lasagne, we were offered pasta with tomato sauce.....there was also soup on the menu, but we never found it.

The AC sometimes it starts to drip water, when I called maintenance, he looked at it and because it did not drip at that time, h didn't bother not even to check the filters or open it. I gave up calling them again, i just let it drip.

The massive group of young Italians charging around the corridors shouting and screaming at 4.30 am But that’s not the Canifor fault the group leaders should have been monitoring there behaviour

The rooms needs a lot of improvement. I guess you really get what you paid for. The extra pillows in the closet were dirty, we did not bother coz we decided not to use it. It was not a comfortable bed. It was okay for the price. If you will be out the whole day and just stay there to sleep it is okay. The breakfast was just okay too, a simple english breakfast but the bacon is I guess not a bacon? More like a ham. The staff on the restuarants were nice, but on the reception maybe they were not in the mood except the young man with a dark color skin who was so nice and friendly. The whole 4 nights there was noisy specially in the middle of the night, the room was not sound proof. Will we come back? Well no, we wilm find another one next time. Are you on a budget? This might be good for you.

We got 1 complimentary dinner, wine and water. The location is near the bus station and there is a lot of restaurant nearby so as a convinience store.

Price does always match quality. Horrible staff. Very rude. I asked to charge my phone, and they told me, "Go home and charge it yourself." If only I could... I had no cable to charge. Every question I asked at the reception was met with a rude and terrible response. We stayed for five days, so the staff changed during our stay, but they were all extremely disrespectful — especially the older women who were there on the first day when we checked in

It was a bit noisy , as right across the street is an Irish pub playing loud music till late every night. On one occasion I came back from all day sightseeing to see the door of my room wide open,not shut properly after it has been cleaned.Luckily nothing was missing .

Great location and nice food.I received a small bottle of red wine and a free dinner at the hotel’s restaurant as a compliment from management, which was a great gesture.

Indoor pool and sauna should be renovated, don't expect this to be a fancy 4-star hotel. But then again, you are not paying for a fancy hotel, so I think that most bad reviews are not objective.

Value for money is great. Room was clean, breakfast decent, staff very polite. Room had several USB and one European socket, no need to buy UK adapter. Towels were changed every day, public transport nearby, as well as a lot of pubs, restaurants, shops etc.

There was no remote control for the t.v. (available for a deposit) and despite there being a kettle in the room, no tea/coffee in the room (available for a fee). Also our room wasn't ready, we had to wait quite some time after 2pm. The gym was tiny and ill-equipped (just my opinion, but i guess not many people are like me and want to use the gym when on holiday). And obviously i was disappointed that the pool area wasn't really usable due to the teens, as mentioned before! Again, that is just my feelings on the matter, but i know a couple of other residents we spoke to expressed a similar opinion.

Nice place, great location near bus station, restaurants, shops, bars, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was good, huge selection of buffet style food. Outdoor pool looked nice but was really small, we didn't use it. Indoor pool area looked nice, with a sauna and a jacuzzi, but really, really small and the couple of times we went down to use it there were a bunch of teenagers being really loud and rowdy, dominating the whole area, so it was quite unpleasant (just my opinion).

I had to request for TV remote control and leave 10 Euro before given remote control but I was informed that some people take the remote control and my 10.00 Euro was returned when I checked out. The students were making noise at night causes disturbance.

I like the inside swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast was alright too and customer service was great 👍.

There was a large number of teenagers. And they create a continuous noise in the corridor every evening. Another bad thing: there are no fresh fruits in the canteen. The bathroom is too small.

We did enjoy our stay. However, we we're disappointed to find out that the upper terrace was out of bounds. And every time we went for a sauna, it was off!!

Our room was very dated and showed signs of wear. The hotel is going through some renovation, so we were not able to use the rooftop jacuzzi. The indoor jacuzzi and pool were ok.

The hotel was in a good location. The bus service was close by, and there were plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
