You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BelgiumNoisy hallways. Rooms are unfortunately not soundproof, which can be unpleasant when faced with inconsiderate neighbors. We only received complimentary bottles of water for the first out of 3 nights of our stay, which I found to be a rather odd policy.
Clean, great location, lovely staff. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable!! Absolutely loved it! Well done, hotel Juliani!

GermanyI usually pick Hotels with Gym as I enjoyed doing some sport in the mornings. Juliani´s gym is a bit small and unfortunately the running machine was out of service. I would also recommend to reduce the number of emails being sent as a bit "pushy".
Very central position in a comfortable location. Overall you can experience a mid-high quality level of service and Staff is always willing to accomodate your request. Not exactly cheap but aligned with the kind of service offered.

ChinaBreakfast is very good with a lot of choices, such as mushrooms, salmon, fresh orange juice, etc. Location is very convenient for you to explore st. Juliani(Ballute bay beach, Exile beach, Torri, etc.), or go to sliema,Valletta as well.The bus stop is just opposite the door. A big supermarket is within 100m. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities were comprehensive.. The location was perfect for public transport into Valetta and around the island. Restaurants and bars are a short stroll away. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
