can’t say much as we were there for only one night and left pretty early, but the noise of outgoing planes was something I hadn’t considered in advance but should have been expected due to its closeness to the airport.

It’s greatly located right on the beach around the corner of Blue Bay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was rather basic but had all we needed. Early checkout was very easy. Very close to the airport which was great for us.

Good location super close to the beach, big and comfortable room. Friendly stuff that even let us take a shower the last day before taking our late plane. Recommended

Chant Au Vent has very good affordable rooms with a more than helpful host. I was not expecting much for the money but was pleasantly surprised. I'll go back. The check-in staff, Christiane is super nice and helpful. Perfect for a short stay. It’s a good location and size. Great value for money. Air-conditioning is a plus. Internet access wasnt available in room, one had to sat outside in the balcony. Over All it’s a safe place, the proprety is under Surveillance cameras. Good for family, couples And stay with friends.

Staff were very accommodating, we were let in after check in hours, and on our check out day they provided a shower room that we could use before going to the airport that evening.

Quite a lot of insects - it's Mauritius after all, but restaurant had more than expected. Had problems with their wifi but they did attend to it apparently. Unfortunately, not the property's fault, but there was no cellphone network on premises (Emtel), which made not having wifi even worse.

Chef was amazing (great food), waitress was very good. Paul was very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location, great value for money! Will most definitely go back again!!

You're definitely in the thick of it with nature so you will encounter creepy crawlies/other island mammals!!

The location was perfect - the beach and amazing snorkeling is right on your doorstep, and you're within walking distance to some local restaurants and another beautiful beach. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

my room was a bit dark, because of the tree that was in front of the room. Plus the mattress was quite hard.

Staff very friendly. Location was peefect right on the beach. Perfect for snorkeling and just a couple of minutes walk to the sand beach for swimming. Room had a stunning view over the ocean! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Some coffee in the room for early morning risers would have been welcome. I didn't realise that the pool was across the road from the guesthouse.

We unfortunately only had one night for a stop over but it was very easy to get to from the airport and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and air-conditioned with a lovely terrace and sea view. Breakfast was delicious!

Room very small but to be fair we only booked a few days earlier, bed not the best. Breakfast poor as not the variety of fresh food as photos had suggested.

Room in the jungle garden was fun. Swimming pool great as we were the only ones using it. Staff friendly. Barman made an excellent G&T. Staff printed out all of our travel papers for us and provided a shower facility after we vacated our room earlier in the day.
