The shower wets the entire bathroom

The food is bad. The breakfast is extremely limited and it doesn’t taste good. The bathroom gets flooded when you shower, since there’s no separate wall or anything between the shower and the rest of the room. The wifi is definitely not proper for remote working.

The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the bikini beach. Also, the reception guys are kind and responsive. Cleaning was done every day and towels were changed daily as well.

There were ants in the room. However the housekeeping fixed it once we pointed that out

The reception guy was very cooperative and understanding. The ladies at the reception are trained to say no to most requests. I simply avoided them and waited for the guy to show up.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly pleasant experience. The location was convenient, situated close to several local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, though not overly luxurious. Staff members were friendly and helpful when needed. The amenities were adequate, with a decent restaurant on-site. While there weren't any standout features, overall, it was a good stay for the price paid. I would consider staying here again for a budget-friendly trip.

The bathroom needs a bit of a better design. There isn't a shower door separating the toilet from the shower so everything gets wet.

The location was fantastic. Super close to the Bikini beach as well as the area called Coral Gardens which is an amazing snorkelling location. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Moshi was fantastic at the front desk - super helpful and incredibly kind. I would recommend that you book your excursions through them and not through all the vendors on the main road. They offer a professional and reliable service. We had the most incredible outing to swim with nurse sharks, manta rays, and nurse sharks. Can highly recommend.

The room was too small in forth flor without an elevator so it was a bit exhausting go up and down several times every day. Rooms had no view an the whole building was surrounded by others..

The main issue here are the windows which should not be called like that. So, only the rooms with balconies are ok, others are suffocating. I have no idea why on earth would someone design rooms like those. First room offered was the one with that window that looks into the dark shaft. Second room, that one that looks into the a/c outside units. In any of those you do not see the sky 😱 One room had no wifi. Looby area is non existant. And, the cockroach in the room was not a nice ferawell. 😱

Staff is nice. Breakfast is not too bad. And they did move us to the room with a balcony since our room had no wifi, and the window was like in the photos. Also, allowed us to cancell 2 nights and get a refund. Highly appreciated.

We were aware that we had room with 🪟. But we got some balcony as a room where open air is from the top. Or better to say we didn't had any direct view to the outside. First and second day room was perfect cleaned, third and fourth was good but not as first two days.

Great staff, very friendly and polite. On last day our ✈️ was late and they kept our 🎒 so that we can enjoy the whole day. Provided us 🚿 and 🚻 after ⛱️.
