I recently stayed at Ana Polanco apartments in Polanco, Mexico City, and it was an exceptional experience. Despite our late-night arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and someone was on hand to give us our room key, which was much appreciated. The apartments are spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. The kitchen facilities were excellent, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The location is fantastic—within short walking distance to everything the stylish district of Polanco has to offer, and close to the main park, Chapultepec. This made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, Ana Polanco apartments offer a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Mexico City!

They should have a couple of rooms ready for the ones like me that arrive very early due to the airline timing.

No breakfast served or offered. I liked everything regarding the property except that they did not let you in until 3:00 They stored my baggage ok, the door security people super nice.

Everyone was gentle and super-courteous. On one occasion, we had to ask for more toilet paper and coffee pods, and when we didn't get them, we asked the cleaning staff directly. For multiple day stays like ours, the rooms are tidied up, no deep cleaning - which was fine for us but I thought I would mention this.

The location was the prize of this place: Beautiful modern apartments, with security on the premises, in a very safe area, half a block away from a park for exercising/walking in the morning, and about four blocks from a busy night-time scene with plenty of restaurants, from high-class to casual (a little further away). To get to the Chapultepec area and Avenida Reforma, we downloaded the EcoBici app and rode bicycles there. To travel further away, we hired cabs.

What would have improved the experience is introducing the following in rooms: 1) a trash bin in the actual bedroom (currently only 1 in the bathroom is available), 2) a minibar or mini fridge, 3) a kettle for coffee or tea.

This property is a good find, with very helpful staff (especially the weekday afternoon receptionist). It is superbly clean and the wooden balconies make the experience more unique. As it is located in Polanco it is within walking distance from various posh restaurants but Polanco is far from downtown CDMX as expected. Nice shampoo too. I would recommend this property.

No air conditioning. The room was very hot. I opened the door to cool off and it was noisy to sleep and mosquitos came in the room. On the third night they provided a fan which helped, but they should have provided it from the beginning.

People at front desk they spend the whole day at the mobile, I asked for an iron machine and there were no way to get one, doesn't make sense that if those are suites, just have one for all the apartments. I stay on December 2022 and girls at front desk were amazing taking care of everything. Now two guys at the mobile, Elevator was broken the last day I had to carry my heavy suitcase 7 floors.

Ana building just remodeled is awesome, decoration, terraces, location, near Parque Lincoln and Polanco area, awesome. Restaurants, mall, main avenues, all is available at the neighborhood just walk distance. Guards at the entrance take care about the people as no one else.

This could be a great property if they had HVAC but unfortunately that was an overreaching BAD element of my stay and it effected me the next week as well because I became very sick, couldn't talk because of my coughing and sore throat and I talk for a living. Severely impacted me in the following week as well as very uncomfortable while i was at the property.
