SpainBreakfast took a very long time to prepare, sometimes we had to wait up to an hour. The restaurant also didn’t always have all the dishes available because they often ran out of ingredients. Additionally, we took only one bottle of water and one Snickers from the minibar, but they charged us $20 from the deposit instead of the expected $5.
The hotel is incredibly beautiful with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and spotless, everything was perfect. You can enjoy a gorgeous ocean view right from the terrace. The hotel promotes a healthy lifestyle, and upon check-in they treat you to delicious smoothies. The manager at the reception was very helpful and assisted us in choosing an excursion.

United StatesThe resturant needs some work. I have had good dinners there before, but the last time I went, it was honestly pretty bad. Not sure if the kitchen was having an off day, but we were disappointed.
I love this place. I leave close to Cozumel and come regularly just to stay at Hotel B Unique. The oceanfront rooms are so nice and peaceful. The access to swimming and snorkling is great. Generally just a well maintained, and peaceful place to stay. Also, staff is exceptional.

ItalyThere was no possibility of choosing the temperature of water in our shower. The faucet of the bathroom sink was really uncomfortable to be used. Breakfast was included, but you should pay a tip to the waiters anyhow (15 to 20%)
Swimming pool(s), with a view on the ocean, is(are) wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean.

IsraelDuring one of the days there were construction works in the hotel to which we didnt get any good response except "it is what it is". The hotel allows external people to use the facilities which create a bit more crowd in the pool area and prevents the tranquil vibe. The service from the bar/restaurant is a bit slow.
The design of the hotel is perfect, the view from the room is superb. You can rent shnorkel equipment and dive in the very nice sea entrance they have straight from the hotel. The restaurant has good options through the day and its right by the pool for a very decent price. There were always shaded seats by the pool which is not trivial.

IsraelThe rooms weren’t really clean. When we arrived we asked the staff to change the mattress covers because it had big spots on it. Some of the staff at the reception wasn’t really friendly.
Me and my wife were there on our honeymoon. There aren’t many rooms in the hotel so it has i chill vibe. The sea view from the room was amazing. The pool was great to chill at. Better to have a car because of the distance from the main area.

Beautifully situated, right by the water. Put on your snorkelling gear, slip into the bay and you’re ready to explore. There is no sandy Beach. The restaurant on site was delicious and reasonably priced.

United KingdomAs it is rated as 5 star I believe you should provide slippers and extra towels for hair. The buffet breakfast and other meals lovely but let down by lots of plates and cups having cracks/chips in them. Also not enough soft drink options. Providing fresh coconut water would be a bonus. Finally it is listed as adults only however there were children in the dining area.
Hotel lovely, room size, bathroom, balcony amazing. Very clean. Lovely bed and pillows. Great bathroom products. Good selection of vegetarian and dairy free milk etc.
