I didn't know when booking that right across the street from the hotel there are several "ladies of the night" waiting for clients. Lots of chatter, laughter, and loud cars passing by throughout the night. The windows in my room faced the street and it was loud all 4 nights I was there well into after 3am. Just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper like me.

The room was large and the king bed was very comfortable. AC kept the room nice and cool. I like that they use an app for key access. You're able to get inside the building through the app, and the elevator only takes you to the floor your room is on. It helps keep other people who have no need to be on your floor from being there. A decent breakfast was included and also a complimentary drink on the 12th floor once during your stay. Staff was always welcoming and helpful.

The towels smelled weird and there was a small white hair on it other than that it was overall pretty good.

The aesthetic was very nice especially the movie poster boards and the breakfast was good.

The use of the app to open doors and the the lift was annoying. The front door is far too slow to open.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was very good value. The free drinks were appreciated. Breakfast was always very nice. The hotel tries very hard. The artwork and decorations were interesting.

There were no traditional plug sockets near the bed, they were only USB ports which we didn't have. Breakfast ran out pretty fast and the staff struggled to replenish it properly, especially on the day a tour bus took over the breakfast hall. The netflix had a restriction on it so despite advertising it, it didn't work. You can hear a lot of the traffic noise from the road. All of these were minor points and I would stay here again but they are worth mentioning.

The staff were friendly, the room was well cleaned each day and had everything you needed. The location was good. The breakfast had a good range of food on offer and there was a 24hr help desk. The Aircon worked well. Overall a very good stay

The cleaning of the rooms could be improved and the hotel could invest in anti-noise windows, also the hotel could provide water for each room, at least two small bottles.

The eclectic style of the hotel and the wonderful staff. This hotel has such amazing people working there. Also, the breakfast is delicious. Congrats to Mrs. Sofi.

The only very minor thing was that the carpet in the hallway looks a little worn. Really inconsequential.

After a long hectic day, this was a very nice place to find refuge for the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. There isn't a lot of onsite parking, but it worked well for me. The breakfast buffet was good for hotel breakfast. With a dog park just a couple blocks away, the hotel and location were dog friendly.

- Although location is good, during the night the street in front of the hotel is full with prostitutes. Don't walk around the hotel after 10pm. - One cleaning maid stole my makeup. I informed the reception and they apologized but they didn't refund me. - The breakfast is bad, not worth it. - the pillows are super uncomfortable, they need to change them.

They didn’t clean my room. In fact, yesterday I asked the cleaning crew if they could come in an hour as I was about to head out. Once I got to my room, they didn’t come and clean it. Also, the hotel’s location was not as convenient as I had thought. It took like a good 20 min walk to get to Paseo de la Reforma and Zona Rosa. Lastly, they had such a small desk. I could barely fit in my computer
