Such a comfortable and calm place in CDMX! Staff is so helpful and accommodating, helped me with my luggage, loaned me a charger when I learned I lost mine, was generally just very sweet. Bed was sublime.

My stay was great. I enjoyed my time. It was very convenient. On my check out day my flight was late evening. But they let me leave my luggage and I came back later but it was still early so I waited in the lobby before it was time to leave to the airport. It was very nice.

We have found the price a bit high as the hotel is quite small and there is not a lobby or place to can hang out. It's ideal if you just want to use the hotel to sleep and shower basically. Location was alright, the hotel is located in a residential area and therefore quiet, but we still had to take a taxi to get out of the area as there is not much around except for if you go to Polanco but even then it is about a 45 min walk to get to the main road with restaurants etc there

Very lovely staff! Hotel was beautiful, especially the bathroom quite spacious. We didn't use the breakfast offer as we went out for meals in general (Mexico City has the best food anyway).

Bathroom design meant water from the shower got everywhere. Breakfast is good but you can’t request- they just bring whatever they cook. Location was in between a lot but not necessarily close to things. Expensive for what it is.

Beautiful room and bathroom. Friendly staff and very clean. Snacks available and they even brought us vegan snacks. Felt safe and quiet.

The water tanks from all the toilets were quite loud.

Location was great, breakfast delicious and room comfortable if a bit small. I also loved the free snacks and drinks available.

Nothing really, though there were instructions on how to get the water to be hot, it didn’t work for me. But I loved the hotel and will be back.

The room was beautiful. You could tell the owner thought about the customer’s needs throughout. Great space. The staff were great, and attentive. I am grateful for the staff who allowed to keep my luggage in storage before I headed to the airport.

The room is kinda small, but it’s ok! I found it very weird that in the breakfast they don’t ask what we want, if we have allergies or restrictions, they just bring the food and you need to tell them that you would rather eat something else! It would be cheaper (for them) and less time consuming if they would just ask!

That my stay was very short, I wanted to stay longer as the place is very nice.

The facilities are amazing! It is a great place to stay not just because of the premium location, the support provided since I did the booking was excellent. The staff is super friendly and the food was delicious! This is one of those places that you receive way more than you are expecting. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to anyone going to Mexico City to stay in Casa Hannah!

Good, safe area and super cozy room . As well as the environment, very serene, very calm, and wow the hospitality was top notch. Breakfast cooked on the spot and delicious. I loved the way the room was decorated very aesthetically pleasing and generally the entire property was.

We arrived earlier and there is no place to keep the bags, also the rooms are a bit tight. Lastly, it would be great to know if there is someone available on the hotel as we needed to send some thing to the hotel and as there is no reception we couldn’t tell

New and very clean property, well located and with an amazing breakfast that is different everyday. And the service although is only one person is amazing. Value for money also seem great

It’s definitely not a hotel, the staff provide very little support especially for a first time solo traveller to Mexico City. I asked for a few basic things and didn’t get too much help, maybe the language barrier didn’t help.

Overall it is a beautiful property, everything is new and super clear. The attention to detail was really great to see. The breakfast was good.
