Stunning hotel, wonderful hospitality. Brilliant location, walking distance to everything. On main street but quiet at night. Great suite. Parking next door, secured at night. Friendly staff esp Jesus, Gracias! Lovely breakfast, including local fare in gorgeous garden setting. Best Margharita I've had so far!

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Dinner is included - which was a nice surprise, but it was just OK.

The family suite is very large and only lacking a sofa for full comfort. Everything else was fine.

I have no criticisms.

The property was an oasis in the middle of hot Valladolid. The grounds, plants, and landscaping prove that the family who owns the property/hotel have maintained and nurtured the area for decades. The included breakfast was a multi-course treat (fresh juice daily, a fruit course, homemade coffee cake, a main breakfast dish, and a lovely small dessert of Neapolitan flan). The staff were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable.

Everything was perfect. From the location, the staff, the rooms to the building itself. Located just in the heart of the city it was definitely a great place to stay over. It has the charm, the local vibe and everything you need in Valladolid.

This is a beautiful house with an enchanting garden. Staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Best place we stayed on our vacation. Good food, friendly and very helpful staff, perfect location and charming house and garden made this a must stay place. I wish we could have stayed here many more nights.

We loved this place. There really was nothing we did not like

We really loved this place, such a beautiful house that had been modified into a small hotel. Outside the hotel, the road was bustling with locals and tourists, but once inside, the courtyard and sitting areas were lovely, with plants, stone pathways, just a peaceful oasis. our stay came with breakfast, which was perfect and the morning we left, we met the owner of the Casa (which was her great grandmothers). The service was wonderful. We stayed in the family unit and the character of the home was kept in tact with stonework, tilework, wrought iron railings. All you need.

Conditioner in the rooms would be nice, as would shampoo and soap in large wall mounted bottles instead of small single use plastics. It is an old building, so has some cracks, etc.

Third stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and remembered me. Courtyard is beautiful. Breakfast huge and tasty. Rooms are large and have fridge and bathrobes. Location next to main park.

Bed pillows were a little too big. TV and streaming was difficult to understand and not user friendly.

Secluded in a small jungle surrounded by singing birds ! Cute boutique hotel one of the best in Valladolid . The breakfast was out of this world ! The service was even better - we booked one night and ended up staying another night getting an amazing room with a jaccuzi for the same price ! The whole experience was a great way to start off the trip!
