Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Close to Estadio Azteca and Hospital Medica Sur. It's a Motel but I enjoyed my stay here and I had no problem at all. Clean and the hotel has a covered parking garage.

MexicoI had a job interview that almost made me be late for the checkout. When I asked the receptionist wether if I could pay for the extra time that would take me to check out, she said that I had to pay at least for 6 extra hours (540 MXN pesos, aprox 26 Dollars), so I declined and had to drive in a hurry to be on time, since I only needed less than half an hour to get there. I would like them to change that policy and make the extra hours a little more flexible, specially knowing there weren´t a lot of costumers at the time, and that it was a low season.
I didn´t take breakfast there nor free wifi, it was my personal election, nothing to complain about. The place is a mixture between a hotel and a motel, so you can choose to pay for the night or for 6 hours (that´s the minimum amount of time you can get).

United StatesThe fact that every time I went out, I have to return the key to the front desk. And the reception desk was too enclosed and when you get there there is no clear if the receptionist is there or not. It have reflective windows that make impossible to see the person that is talking to you. A little uncomfortable if you ask me.
Surprisingly nicer than I expected. Room very clean and comfortable. Big room and clean smell.

MexicoStaff was terrible, very rude. They charged more than shown in the final price for booking. The lady first said it was a fee from booking but then I showed her that was not the case. She refused to respect the price and charged me with full price. She said we wouldnt get a room unless we paid full price. She also refused to explain why would it be more expensive. just making up excuses. Terrible place

United StatesIt's more like a motel. Lots of hookers coming in and out all day/night. You have to leave the room (with all your stuff) everyday and get a new room every night. Very inconvenient.
