The only thing I didn’t like was the WiFi not working maybe I wasn’t on the correct one, and it was a tad too dark.

Good location as it is in the beach zone strip. My room was super cute and was minimalistic with a slight elegant feel. Despite the a/c not being on during the day, it still stays pretty cool. WiFi was spotty but past reviews have said the same. Would I stay here again yes but only because of the location and price.

They turn off the AC at 6am and it's still very hot and the fun it's not enough. They turn the AC on at 8pm and during the day it's also very hot

Poor staff. There was never anyone at the reception desk, would ring the bell and wait for ages for someone to turn up, and sometimes no one would turn up. No breakfast option at all - would have been good to have this. There was no staff that spoke even a little bit of English, and did not understand my little Spanish. Would have been helpful and expected at a hotel of this magnitude at a highly tourist area. This was especially difficult when trying to sort transport back to Cancun airport. We had to ask another hotel for help. Safe did not work. There was no fridge. Air con only came on automatically after 9pm - was absolutely not ok when the weather was 30+ degrees everyday. Also, no beach access or beach club as on the other side of the beach side, so no access to sun loungers, deck chairs etc. Only beach access path through another hotel.

We took the King Suite (rather low standard if you ask me & only 1 power socket) for the hot tub & found out that it cannot be operated/heated from inside the room. You need to inform the staff and hour before &, in our case, they told us there was a shortage of gas & it probably wouldn't heat up at all. They were right :( More importantly, we didn't feel particularly safe. 5mins after getting into the room (ground floor, small basic lock) I noticed a shadow outside the door, went to check & only caught sight of a pair of sandals sprinting away. The staff reassured us & nothing happened afterwards but we were def unsettled.

The bed was very comfortable, the location is ideal for sampling the nightlife & the prices are just about reasonable, considering how upmarket & expensive this area of Tulum is.

It would have been nice to have dedicated parking and beach access, but I understand that is very tricky in that part of Tulum, which is very busy and at a premium in terms of physical space.

I learned to accept that traveling México means bad plumbing and no hot water and that was the case here also

Location was great. The whole treehouse vibe was cool although walking up 4 flights of stairs was a bad choice. Many soggy or missing floor boards at the bottom of a staircase made walking to your room a risky venture. We had pointed out several to the front desk not not before I almost went through a large whole scraping my wrists on the wall which caused a bloody mess.

Hotel was not what was expected. The limited hours on the air conditioning made it a hard stay as the weather was very humid and there was nowhere to refresh yourself if coming from the outside. Had to wait until 8:00pm to cool off. (My fault did not read the fine print regarding the ac hours before booking) The water for showering was very salty and disgusting. Didn’t feel like you were actually showering to get clean. The name says it all “treehouse” literally, you could hear the stomps above you if someone was staying in the room above you. I could hear all the noises from above as well as the music from the close by hotels. Mainly the discomfort. Hotel structure was OK. Very ordinary and with zero luxury. In my opinion, Tulum itself was very expensive and not worthwhile. Transportation extremely overcharged especially to tourists. Would not visit again. :(

Wifi was really bad. Our room was the closest to the reception and there was still bad connection. The beds were way too soft for us. we kind of drowned in them, but I guess it is a matter of taste. AC limitations was not as described. it was much shorter. could not turn in on before 8 or 9 in the evening and never in the morning of throughout the day. There is not deals with any of the hotels with beach access, so you have to pay 2000 pesos for a bed at the closest beach hotel if you come here to enjoy the beach or walk 3 km

Great location close to the best restaurants in Tulum. Friendly and helpful staff. Big and spacious rooms. You can rent bikes for a descent price.

My room wasn’t like any of the pictures. My balcony door was jammed, could never open it or shut the door so had to leave it shut the whole time and not sit on balcony. The air con only came on at night. No facilities for food in the hotel, only communal kitchen if you wanted to make something yourself. No beach views and all in the shade. I got given a heart cookie and coffee in the morning, but there was no heart or soul in the place. Definitely not like I imagined and was more expensive than Selina, which was better.

It was very hidden with limited, to no signage indicating its presence. The bed was infested with booklice, and we were never provided any sort of reimbursement for our stay. The staff didn't speak English whatsoever, so this was an additional barrier we were facing during the stay. We ended up leaving at 11pm and had to find another hotel that night. Overall, the situation was not dealt with whatsoever, so we left.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION! We arrived with a group of six people and had reserved three rooms. Upon arrival there was a terrible smell that spread to all rooms. The rooms were FULL of mosquitoes. Spending the night in this tree house was NOT an option. The rooms were damp, clammy and the temperature was unbearable. Despite our complaints, there was no room for a refund or any form of compensation. We immediately left for another hotel.

The location was terrible, in a crowded and crowded area. There was a feeling of suffocation and a stuffy, unventilated smell in the hotel and in the inner courtyard of the hotel. There was terrible noise until 2 am from clubs adjacent to the hotel. 

The hotel is very nice, we liked the design, the staff was very wallcoming and helpfull.

Everything was bad except the location was good. Worst that Ac didn’t work in my room and the guy who was working there took one hour to trying to fix it and I was so tired and they don’t speak English and he doesn’t understand that I need to sleep and it was too hot. They tried to convince me that it’s working but the air will be colder soon and it took more than one hour and in the ending I slept in so hot room. I had one night more to staying I canceled it . Because everything was horrible there
