Literally nothing, this property was amazing. The only potential downside I could even imagine is that as a four-room boutique hotel, this property is much quieter than a larger hotel. That being said, there is a rooftop patio and main floor living room with self-serve "honor" bars for quests to lounge in.

Amazing, boutique hotel in the heart of Roma Norte. The property is situated in a historic manor house and only has four guest rooms. The property itself was beautiful and full of thoughtful touches throughout such as a basket of blankets for use on the rooftop patio when it's chilly. The room was lovely and chic, and the staff was extremely helpful. I can't recommend this hotel more highly.

The hotel is in such a great location, in a town that has great restaurants and bars as you walk around with lots of green spaces. The staff were lovely and could not do enough for you. They have a roof terrace which we really enjoyed relaxing on in the afternoons after busy days of walking. The breakfast is delicious and the decor is lovely.

Beautiful design and interiors. We had a lovely room on the top floor, which was the same level as the roof terrace with honesty bar. Breakfast was amazing, particularly enjoyed eating it on the roof terrace. Incredible service from Carlos too. Overall, very happy and can't wait to return in the future. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Loved everything about my stay!

Staying at Nima House feels like you’ve been invited to stay at the villa of a terribly chic friend. With only 4 rooms, it is intimate and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The House is gorgeous, and breakfast in the courtyard exceeded my expectations. The lush rooftop garden is perfect for evening cocktails, or unwinding with a book. Location in Roma Nte is excellent. Highly recommend the ’Tovar y de Teresa’ room. It is street-facing, and has beautiful views of the tree-lined street. Noise at night was not an issue at all.

In the room there were a few amenities that were not complimentary. In light of the price Nima charges, would appreciate more complimentary amenities 😆

Nima shines in the attentiveness of its staff. Staying at Nima really feels like someone is taking care of you. Preparing the infuser and tea for us in the evening were such nice touches, we looked forward to going back to Nima every evening! Also, really appreciate the live music nights at rooftop terrace Thursday evenings. The house is very beautiful, the upkeep must be difficult so really appreciate Nima's effort. The location is very ideal, near the subway station Insurgentes. We were able to get to most places simply by subway and bus, not to mention Nima is located in one of the hippest hoods in Mexico City, great hood to explore on foot. Last but not least, the breakfast was heavenly. Nima is more than just a hotel for you to sleep in. It is a place where just by staying there, is an experience in itself.

The limited availability but that’s also what makes it special

super cute. heads up there’s no elevator. so be prepared. My room was on the third floor so it took some getting used too, but we’ll worth it. The house is adorable and the staff makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. It was truly lovely and they have thought of everything from recommendations that are delicious to turndown service with essential oil blends and tranquil music.
