Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe one thing that we can complain was the “breakfast included” it is really not the case. It just includes coffee, small fruit and a piece of bread. It was clear that in order to have a real breakfast you had to order from the hotel restaurant. I think this is more of a trick to get you to go up to the restaurant and try it. The restaurant is pretty good.
The facilities are fantastic. It’s a beautiful hotel all around.

United StatesBookings said breakfast was included, but it was minimal - coffee or juice, and then fresh fruit. That’s a pretty light breakfast. We ended up just ordering off the main menu.
Luxurious accommodations, rooms were very quiet. Staff were great.

United StatesThe door lock was a bit complicated. It took a few tries to learn how to use it. The breakfast was good but very simple and small. I would have enjoyed more choice in the baked goods.
The room was spacious and very modern with all the necessary amenities. The ample counter space was appreciated as was the roomy shower. Everything was sparkling clean.

United Arab EmiratesFor some reason there is a lot of tiny pebbles that get everywhere. “included breakfast” is a few slices of fruit with some americano, kinda misleading. Amazing view from the top though
Lupita was amazing and extremely helpful and kind. Wish her all the best. Cleaning staff were wonderful too.

United StatesI LOVE this hotel.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Update April 2025: I came across this hotel a few years back when I was changing hotels here every couple of days in order to try a whole lot of hotels. You see, in Mexico, irregardless of price some hotels will have really hard beds. And so I sit out to find hotels in Puebla that had really comfortable beds. This hotel is so fantastic on so many levels. For its price point, in my opinion, it is absolutely one of the best hotels and all of Mexico. It was once a convent. Fell into disuse. Was remodeled in the 2000’s. The presidential suite is gorgeous and in my opinion is a true bargain. The showers are great. There is plenty of room for your stuff. The beds are comfortable. The towels are great. The staff is great. If I was asked if there was anything that they could do to improve, I would probably say no, it’s perfect. Highly recommended. I’m going to try to post photos and videos so cross your fingers. If you get the presidential suite (and you should), don’t panic if cold water comes out of the shower setting for “hot”. It just takes a longer while for the hot water to reach the room, as opposed to Room 1, for example. Previous Comments: Great room, great bed, great staff, great location. If it is in your price range, you will be well, pleased. At this point in time, I find myself thinking “I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I come to Puebla”. The bed in Room 2 is so comfy, I could cry. I slept til 10 one morning This trip I’ve taken in January of 2024, well, it’s like this. One of the challenges in Mexico is/are hard as concrete hotel beds. And it doesn’t matter the price of the hotel room, as many places buy the harder mattresses because they last longer. I checked out a hotel here in the $250 price range and the bed was like concrete so cost isn’t a factor. The place that we always stayed here in Puebla closed.
