Food was okay at best, it was a hit and miss most of the time. Our kids love the abundance of pizza burgers and fries but for adults it could be better. You can get better food in the other restaurants but you have to reserve them in advance which is okay but a hassle for a busy family.

Location and price was good. The Amenities where great for kids. The big pool is amazing as its not too deep and there are a lot of staff around to help out. The place being an all inclusive is very good for a family since the prices of food outside of the hotel is very expensive. It save you the hassle and the headache. There are a variety of restaurants inside the hotel but you have to reserve a few of them in advance. The overflowing drinks was great too!

Did not provide “American Milk” and the buffet selections were sparse but varietal. Booking at a restaurant for dinner is a must free for all at 8am. That’s a bit much to expect of vacationers. Please revise your system to allow for large group bookings as well staying in multiple rooms.

The children under 18 outnumbered the adults. This resort was geared toward kids and definitely not toward couples. The music around the pool was so loud, I had to wear ear plugs. My husband and I went to the adult only rooftop pool and there is no ocean view from there. Tuesday began to be quieter since most left. We thought mini golf would be fun, though, we were wrong. Once a golf ball went flying through the air from an over zealous child of about 9 years old and who wasn’t supervised. My husband and I were wondering why so many kids were there in February instead of school. From now on we are selecting adult only resorts.

- coffee is just horrible (brown water with no possibility to get a good one anywhere) - the whole place is a bit dated - beach is much less than what you see on the pictures, you see 6 rows of sunbeds, you can put only 2 - there is a breakfast corner opening at 7:30, breakfast opens at 7 although most excursions leave between 6 and 7. Why don't you open the breakfast corner at 6, it would be nice to grab a coffee and a croissant before leaving?? - the main building is very loud because of the bars till 1-2am. Family rooms just above... We tried to change to the other building but were told that there are no kids allowed which was NOT true... Very logical to put kids above the bar so that poor adults can have a good-night-sleep.... - very difficult to book specialty restaurants, it is possible online between 8am and 10am but at 8:03 everything is booked - wifi is ok but you are constantly thrown out

The floor tile in our room isn’t remodeled marble; it’s old floor tiles. However, you can see that the bathroom has been renovated with newer fixtures. The bed is very hard—too hard! The windows need to be updated as well. Throughout the night, we couldn’t sleep well because of the loud noise from the wind slamming against the windows. You’d better set an alarm everyday to book a restaurant at 8 am; almost nothing is available for reservation when we realised to book around 8:20am. Hence, on the day of your arrival, it’s also not possible to reserve a table for the same night. So, during our four-night stay, we were only able to try two restaurants here(the French cuisine and the steak house), with the only possible time of reservation after 9pm. The buffet isn’t impressive; it’s almost a repetition of ingredients in slightly different forms.

We got a room on the top floor at the back side, so it’s fairly quiet. The view from the balcony is almost bare land, offering an amazing view of the ocean, which is ideal for us as a couple, better than facing the inner pool with noise. The view from the corridor/ door side is the adult pool, providing an amazing sunset view.

Main Buffet needs work. Very few, and repetitive choices compared to other resorts I’ve visited. Small for size of resort. Usually line ups at breakfast. Beds are hard.

Very hectic, loud and not relaxing in general. The night club in the main tower right under the rooms jamming until 1:00 am. The whole room vibrates to the point that the heart rhythm becomes irregular.

Great option for kids: multiple activities. Attentive and helpful staff.

Some rooms appear to be outdated, and in one of our rooms, we encountered 3 cockroaches.

The food isn't good or consistent. In the specialist restaurants, the steak and fish were very watery. The Italian piazza restaurant was by far the best.

The bathtub faucet was almost falling off!.There was a strong paint smell when entering the room as part of the tub was re painted. WE HAD NO RUNNING WATER IN OUR ROOM AFTER 6PM. HAD TO GO DOWN TO FRONT DESK TO GET IT TURNED ON. Did not like housekeeping coming 8 times to our room before 11 am check out time on our last day.

We loved the friendliness of staff. Our housekeeping was great...room always cleaned,fresh towels and replenished the beverages daily. Loved the food at the Italien and Steakhouse restaurants. Disappointed about the food options on Seafood night at the Buffet...no shrimp,crab,lobster.

(1) The front desk staff is inadequate, inefficient, and inhospitable. The check-in was terribly slow. (2) There is no duty manager or information desk in the lobby. (3) The charge for ATM cash withdrawal is ridiculously high. (4) The buffet has certain room to improve in quality, diversity, and variation.

They need to heat the water for the kids pool. What’s the point of an amazing/signature kids slides and facilities when barely any kids able to use them bc they are shivering and freezing and begging to get out? Another easy and necessary fix: the coffee was bad. Just really bad..weak or machine made. Nobody in the world aspires to wake up on any morning to a Luke-warm and water cup of coffee, let alone when in a relaxing vacation. Finally the Beds were hard and had NO comforter, and no couches or rugs in the room. These all seem like easy fixes for such a nice place and they would make people feel so much more relaxed and pampered.

Staff and location were amazing. Beach was unbeatable. We loved the value for the money. The activities were fun and the room service and special restaurants made us feel like it was a special event. Overall, we loved it bc the beach was clean and the staff were kind, attentive and loved their work. We aspire to speak better Spanish and so many were happy to assist us as we bumbled through words, sentences and the like. We loved the dancing lessons, the endless dry and warm pool towels and late night snack options!
