Slow internet, lack of mini fridge and fresh water other than a very tiny bottle, bathroom doors that didn’t close tightly, lack of chairs and space for lounging around pool.

Large room, separate seating area, comfortable bed, good location - about 25 min walk to Centro and Paseo de Montejo. Simple but very good breakfast and coffee. Efficiency AC, nice dipping pool. Secluded and probate with nice foliage.

Loved the decor, staff (especially Danny)and my huge comfy room. We had the two bed master suite that had its own lounge and small garden with plunge pool. Too cold to use that most days but the central pool is gorgeous and would be refreshing in warmer times.

Unlike most places we stayed, they did not have a filtered water machine to refill water bottles.

Surprisingly large and landscaped place tucked away behind a basic street facade. Room was tastefully basic but really nice, and appeared clean. Location is a little out of the way but still walkable. Check out the nearby Michelin rated gelato shop! Breakfast was also pretty good as were the beds.

Pathways difficult to walk on, beams interspersed with gravel. Location was a little far from shop's and restaurants.

Staff were great, place was clean, relaxing social areas for hanging out with friends.

It didn’t have a mini fridge and a hammock in the room.

I had my own little cenote in the back patio, cool, birds singing in the morning. Having natural light and plants in the patio makes a difference.

Very good and cosy small hotel with private territory and sharing pool, nice breakfast and friendly stuff, we like it so much and recommend to anyone. It was comfortable room with king bed and small private garden. AC - works good, everything clean - best experience.

Mosquitoes were horrible but that's not the hotel's fault, so take repellant. The restaurant can stay open longer

I loved that this place was dog friendly. My Dog eats subscription food and even though there's no fridge in the room, they put it in their freezer for me Andhra gave it to me daily during his feeding time. I loved the private patios and the wood floors. I loved the pool was available anytime. On-site restaurant with breakfast included

Smell of sewage in bathroom. Front doors are thin so you can hear people at the pool. It got particularly annoying when a family with a loud child arrived.

There was a bad smell from the bathroom. And at breakfast they charge extra for coffee - the breakfast was uninspiring for us. Also there is no fridge in the room and the hotel bar is only open 7am-3pm.

The rooms are nice and roomy. The garden with pool is beautiful! So nice to cool off after a day in hot Merida.

The area around the hotel is very old - many abandon houses. Parking is in front of the house, but always available. For the center you have to walk 10 min - we liked it.
