The Wi-Fi was useless. Management of hotel must do better. Take action otherwise don't advertise free Wi-Fi. Limited menu options for food. Should do something about expanding menu options.

The room was clean and comfortable. Can be improved especially with the shower which is very important in hotel accommodations.

- room was full of small ants. Can’t Keep any drinks out. - pillow got stains and it is see through via the pillow case - free drink vouchers were given upon arrival but the quality of the drink was extremely bad. Cold teh tarik and coffee from machine was equally bad. - shower was not hot at all… practically taking bath under cold water.

Large and spacious room. The front desk gave a replacement for the drink voucher for the next day.

The room and furnishing being a little old and in need of an update. Wallpaper and window sill needs repair. Bathroom door needs a little repair. Could do with new sheets and pillowcases as current ones are pretty worn down.

Location was great although hotel entrance signage could be improved as it was blocked by another hotel. Room was quite spacious, clean and good view of city. Great shower and water pressure. Cafe in the hotel had surprisingly tasty food. Staff at the hotel were excellent from front desk to Food n Beverage staff and housekeeping. They were polite, always helpful, got things done quickly and always had a smile.

No clear signage to the hotel from the main road. No sofa for hotel guests to sit in the lobby.

I have stayed here for few times, toilet is the main problem : water tap leaking, heater not hot enough, water in sink always stuck.

Corridor carpet should be removed or clean as it had musky smell. Hot water in the room takes a while to get hot. Was told by maintenance to let the sink and shower water run for a while till it gets hot. This a waste of water.

Sometimes there's water shortage in the toilet. It's really annoying. Maybe because of my room is onnthe highest floor. And since it's 4star hotel, I'm expecting they have face towel. But they don't provide it in the room. I tried to call the room service and reception using their telephone provided in my room. But it's not functioned. So I just went down (which is take time since my room is at 24th floor) just to request for a prayer mat. They do have a gym. But with very very limited of equipments. I was planned to use their gym during my stay. But when I surveyed the gym on my 1st night stay, I feel like not interested anymore. As a 4 star hotel, they can provide more than this. Besides these three things, I'm satisfied with my 2nights stay.

I booked the Admiral Suite, the biggest room offered my this hotel I guess. It's on the 24th floor. Really comfortable. About swimming pool, they don't have it. But I don't mind bout it since I'm not the pool lover. Parking is provided. You can validate your parking ticket at the lobby hotel. About the food, I like their food. Ala carte also nice, if you don't book for the buffet.

Bar staff were not so friendly and we were told the bar closed at 1am so we were taking our time. However both nights staff appeared to make the decision to close at 12 which left us rushing.

on 14th floor we had to let water run in shower for about 10 minutes before it became warm.

Great location next to LRT. staff are super efficient and friendly.
