Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaPool as mentioned very cold. So must pick the correct time to swim. It is normal as it is located above ground. Certain wall area around the pool side needs to be painted as the white external paint started flaking. Valet parking perfect but should follow other hotels that allow customers to have a flat rate unlimited daily access. Nothing else not to like.
Appreciate better pastries selection and more western options. Things like crispy bacon or hash browns don’t cost much. Provide more options for kids. Overall pretty decent breakfast. Staff training very good. Friendly and attentive. Cookies nice move. Kids club the lady incharge very attentive and alert. Suite perfect for the price. Very clean and comfy.

MalaysiaHave to change lifts to go from room to parking. But validation done by reception was very quick. Asked for some of our complimentary toiletries but did not receive and had to ask at the lobby.
King Deluxe Room was amazing, highly recommended. Spacious room, clean, smells good, beautiful toilet, large tv, comfortable bed. Quality soap, shampoo and conditioner from Crabtree. Received complimentary cookies as guests and complimentary anniversary deco & cakes (tasted nice too). Customer service was A+, Ms. Alyaa from reception gave us the best service and even sent me extra pillows to accommodate me being pregnant, and one young, thin spectacled waiter from breakfast buffet made me complimentary hot chocolate because I am pregnant and could not take caffeine from the coffee machine. Thank you very much for both of them. Breakfast buffet was worth the money, tasted good, variety of food. Received two cards without having to ask. Unlimited time to go out after validating parking ticket.

Singaporeon the second day of out stay, we went out and did not return to the hotel and out room until quite late afternoon. To out surprise our door was not closed properly by the housekeeping staff after they cleaned our room. I did not need the access card to enter my room. Fortunately nothing was missing from our room.
room is large and comfortable, breakfast is great except fruit selection is limited and better choice of fruits would be good.

Not so much about the cost but it being a 5 star hotel, it's a bit ridiculous to charge your customers Rm3 when they've paid for a full price room. Ruins the whole experience with a small petty issue like this.
