Complementary toothbrush kit. Cuckoo water dispenser. No lift, but staircase have anti-slip. Bed and pillow not too hard or soft, for me is comfy.

The hotel has no lift. So, dont bring elderly people especially those with wheelchairs.

I almost wanted to cancel the booking after i read most of the reviews said that the room is cramped and the mattress is hard as if they were lying on the floor. But to me...Not at all. Yes, the mattress is not very soft but its not that hard either. But bear in mind that the room is good for only 2 persons without big luggage.What i liked most is the hotel is near to most tourist attraction. Jonker Walk is abt 10mins drive. And of cos very easy to search for makan place.

After a long day, all we wish is just a comfy bed to rest. Unfortunately, the bed is hard just like sleeping on the floor. There's nowhere to place (chair/table) your luggage at all. There's literally only bed and 2 tiny bed side table in the room. We were forced to leave our travel bag and even handbag on the floor. Tried to request a chair or table from the reception but the guy told us that's how their hotel is. Not value for money, not a pleasant night stay at all.

Easy for car park. Washroom water is strong.

Staff was not very nice. No room service during the three nights we stayed there. Toilet paper was always empty. Windows of the room did not close properly and due to that it was a bit noisy. Bathroom was quite old and not very practical because everything got wet from the shower.

Comfortable beds. Good size of the room. Drinking water from a filter machine was available all the time.

Loss Passport Id and confined by Immigration Authority to illegally force to stay in Malaysia by not issuing Exit Letter for me to depart from Malaysia Int. airport as a foreigner stranded in Malaysia without visitor visa.

There was a smell of smoke that would occasionally waft into our room. Possibly from other rooms as we kept our windows closed the entire time.

Although quite a small room it was very comfortable. Mattress was a bit hard but we got used to it. Massive thanks to the receptionist who was very sweet and helped us print out some documents FOC. Location was decent and about a 15min walk to the centre.

Room spacious quite limit for two person luggage but still acceptable for short stay. Night have ride noise on main road. Luckily raining so we able to sleep well at night without continuous noise from outside.

Almost everything. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Receptionist was rude. Could not pay more to switch to a bigger room with my friend. Room was facing the main road and it was way too noisy in the morning. Far walk from the main street and the only cheap enough option available for late check in. Arrived past 2am. The ac is too noisy. Body towels felt more like a bath rug.
