How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Some of the sheets were stained and the toilet floor did not have any segregation to prevent the entire bathroom floor from being wet.

No restaurant for morning breakfast in the hotel.
The interior of the room was modern and the bed was comfy with fresh linen.

The location.
The location is not near to the JB city but the area has a quite a few selection of local food to select. The eateries need to walk at least 10 mins walk. Overall the space and cleanliness of the hotel room met my expectation.

There were lots of red flies in my room. They were not mosquitoes but they were annoying. While the hotel was located near KSL, the grab rides took a really long time to come and some couldn’t find the main entrance. So it is more secluded than some other places in the area.
The rooms were big and spacious with plenty of room to walk around. Bed was on the softer side and was comfortable. It was quiet during our stay on a Saturday night and we had a good rest. It’s not too far from KSL mall and the grab rides were short.

Narrow parking and no waiting space for check in. The lights (at mirror) in the room was blinking all the time.
It is clean, comfy and now each room have an iron board. Plus the syampoo and bath liquid is nice.

Unable to use the access card to the lift but reception very attentive. External looks run down but the rooms are wonderful.
The rooms are spacious. Near to Banafe Village where we can get food easily at the middle of the nite or early morning. Receptions are very helpful and attentive.

The awkward frosted glass between shower and bed!! Can watch silhouette of person taking shower! Not all roommates are intimate partners!!

Some rooms are not quiet friendly- especially the family room. located near the pub or disco bar or whatever. So, at around 3/4/5 am you can hear loud noises coming from below.. VERY DISTURBING NOISE!
Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness can be improved especially the bathroom. The bathroom can be quite slippery too. The parking provided for hotel visitors is a bit deserted for any lone traveller.
The staffs were so welcoming and helpful to me. The hotel is quite comfortable for family.

I wish they provide an easier access to your room from parking area. Imagine your room is at floor 3 but you have to park at fifth floor and go down using the lift. The implication is the parking driveway is a bit challenging and small. Therefore, It is nicer if I can park on the ground or the floor I am assign to.
Cleanliness of the hotel room and the staff even clean your room for next day. They change the towel and make the bed good. No weird odor except for the lobby but its understandable.

Room still had dust. There was also a mosquito in the room. Toilet floors had no elevation, so the toilet would be fully wet at year each shower. TV does not offer smart support features.
Location was great. Accessible to nearby places.

not enough hangers and places to hang your towel or clothes in the bathroom. the missed out 1 towels for 4 pax staying. on the 2nd day the toothbrushes were thrown away and they left only 1 new set, requiring us to go to the hotel lobby to request for 3 more sets.
the staff at the hotel lobby are wonderful. ease of parking. there lm a re first come first serve lots in front of the hotel lobby. the other parking option is in the multi storey car park on floors 5 to 6. value for money. Good options for travellers with cars.

In articular to the family room, location is not great at all because of the club sighted close o the hotel. This place and its noise could be a nuisance especially in the late morningns. Sleep was rather difficicult and there was nothing the management could do about it. The women working in the club are so noisy after their work ends. It really bothered all my family members and especially when there drunkards!

It doesnt look lile much frm the outside but once you're in..all is well and good. No room service. Basic facilities.
Nice spacious room, convenient location, very helpful staff. Very comfortable stay. All you need for a good night rest.

It tends to get noisy at night and there were drilling noises around 10 plus in the morning. I think that can be managed.
The room was spacious and the beds are quite big. The toilet was also clean.
