Aircond maybe needs servicing. Also the shower door was not tight so water was leaking on the dry area of the toilet.

Very clean. The amenities were complete. I like that it had water dispenser.

The property is located in a area with others buildings still under construction. Construction noise can be very annoying when we open the balcony door. And there is not much of privacy too when we can see those construction workers working on the building opposite to our balcony.

The location of the property is about 4km from alll the theme parks, shoppings and casinos. As long as you have your own transport, moving around is quite convenient. If you don't have own transport, there is a shuttle bus traveling between the 2 locations with a fee.

The apartment could be cleaner.There was a few strands of hair.on the bedding.And there was a unpleasant smell seeping into the living room.

It was a very comfortable stay with ample space and cutleries.The facilities provided were adequate.Great location as well.

-Locations is not good for us since we don't have a car and hard to call Grab (Raining). Shuttle bus must pay 7 rm/pax/time. Taxi really expensive😭.

I did my reservation 30min before I arrive but the check in were so fast and easy. Free parking available but slightly away from apartment but if you want to park nearby the apartment you need to pay additional RM35 for day parking or RM50 for overnight 1 day parking at apartment facility. Bedsheet and floor were dirty but when notify the host, they actioned super fast on getting their staff to replace the bedsheet and clean up the floor thou it was night hour. Overall stay were pleasant.

I was there for concert and I like that there’s shuttle bus (RM7 per trip) to Arena of Stars’ building, so it’s so convenient. Just that the timing when come back is very crucial, I had to run after the concert end to catch up the last trip of bus. Will be great to accommodate to the concert timing. Overall the hotel is good!

Since room was owned by franchisee , there was no reception desk . We were given a number to call housekeeping , they came promptly and solved all our requirements.

Everything was almost perfect but we found that all the towels were smell stuffy. I understand that because of the always humid weather on Genting. But this matter should be improved a bit.

The host's service is very good. They sent me detailed stay instructions in advance via WhatsApp. Even though there are many buildings in the hotel, we won't get lost. The room is clean and has complete amenities. Even though the room was not on a very high floor, it had a beautiful view from the mist.

The house is a bit smelly because of too damp. But i bought Ambi Pur Room Fresh to freshen the room. So case closed.

The place was just nice for the six of us. Cosy and well equipped for cooking. 👍👍

Quite confusing to get to the room from parking lot , the walking distance was sooooo far. If you carries lots of bags you hardly manage yourself.

The distance from the car park to the room is quite far. This can be challenging for those with toddlers and babies. Otherwise, everything is good. However, I had a bad experience after waking up on the second day to find rashes all over my body. (I dislike sleeping on the futon beside the bed) 🥲🥲 I had to spend RM 200 at the clinic for medicine and injections
