How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not for light sleeper as night club is right on top but to me the comfy bed compensate it. My kids and I slept soundly without earplugs😁 which they provide as well.
BEST 2 NIGHTS after tiring few days trip to Kundasang. We checked in at 11.30pm as the OTHER hotel that I booked 2 weeks earlier was not as good as its advertisement (not gonna rant here) Thank god I found Harper. Good location as its walkable to the popular shopping mall. lots of good restaurants/ cafes/ minimarts. Room has Netflix. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Receptionist was very thoughtful and helpful too.

The car parking is not comfortable.. we have to pay additional payment every day. And the lobby was at 4 level.. we have to go there after get a parking. Payment cannot use card. Must use cash..how if we didn't have any cash on that time.

it is not sound proof. we aware of the sound/ noise from the pub but we never imagine it to be incredibly very noisy. we couldn’t get rest. we tried to sleeep but the sound keep dup dup dup dup in our head & heart. however, we salute the staffs efforts to remind us of the sound and even prepare us a earplugs to use.

-no free parking in front of hotel. So need to park car a bit far from the hotel. Otherwise still ok
-staff is kind and polite -they even provide ear plug in the room if needed -room is clean, comfotable bed

We have to pay for parking even though we are guest staying at the hotel, there is a pub on the level 11 but we are staying at level 6, the sound is really loud you can feel the impact of the music at the room glass window and it keeps going until 3am.
The room is nice and clean, room service are fast if you need an assistant.

There was a very strong cleaning smell in the room which made it a bit hard to relax.

Noise, there's a rooftop bar on top of the building so you can expect very loud music but they did provide earplug.
I can't remember how many times I stayed at Harper Suite, I really enjoyed staying here - location and very cheap (except they don't have buffet breakfast).

The club sounds is very bad during night. They give ear plug but might have trouble sleeping for light sleeper.

Nightclub was very noisy, but we were informed about it earlier and ear plugs were provided.
Close to Imago, easy to find food, easy to park, staff very helpful and friendly. Easy to contact to whatsapp for any questions. Love the smart tv and netfix provided.

Soundproof of the room. No free parking provided.
The room is modern design and also stylish. Bed & pillow is comfort. There is convenience shops, drinks & dining shops and a nice grilled fish malay restaurant nearby within walking distance. Staff is friendly & willing to inform earlier there is a pub n noisy before 2 am every night. But the ear plugs are given in every room. It's ok with us.

Everything was fine but the flowing water are not flowing and it make harder to bath. Then the way to car park is rather difficult. But it is okay for me. Can do some exercise :D

There is a night club at the top level which is near to our room. The music keep on playing till 2am. If you're looking for peaceful room, then this place is not suitable. Luckily for us, we are so tired we end up unbothered by the noise and sleep well.
