The restaurant had extremely slow service with only a few other tables there. Also didn’t like how you have to pay extra money to use the infinity pool area.

Pool and beach area are amazing. The hotel itself is a lovely atmosphere and staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable, AC worked good and rooms were spacious.

As with previous visits, we found the service underwhelming, with little interest taken in the customer, from the moment you arrive - with barely a nod to acknowledge your presence instead of a welcoming greeting - to the moment you check out. Service (when you were lucky enough to find someone behind the counter) at the adjoining café was downright appalling, with mistakes made on our order every time! When we gently pointed them out, we received no acknowledgment or apology, just annoyed reactions. Given the additional charge to access the private pool, you would expect service to be better there at least. Guess again. We were made to feel like we were deeply annoying the staff when merely asking for a towel or availing a drink with our voucher. And almost every time we had to search for them first. Staff abandoned the counter most of the time.

The hotel's location is excellent, on a more secluded part of the beach, yet within walking distance to some restaurants and spas. Two spacious and impeccably clean pool areas as well as a huge beautifully landscaped park make this one of our favorite places to stay (in spite of the shortcomings in service).

The walls are very thin in the bedrooms. I struggled to sleep as I could hear the people next door talking.

The hotel was in a great location! It was a close drive to both island hopping tours and the Langkawi sky bridge. Having a beach behind the property was also great. As a solo traveller the amazing hospitality of the staff really helped to make my trip as enjoyable as possible. The

There was not many plugs in the room. Also room was little bit outdated, but it didint bother us. Bathroom needs some refreshment, for examble bathtubes away, normal showers instead. Infinity pool should be free for resort customers.

Room was clean and big. It had a nice terrace view to the beach. Room had a TV with chromecast in it. Wifi was most of the time very good. Bed and pillows was comfortable. A/C was great. Toilet was ok. We ate breakfast once in resort. Many different variations, mostly asian type warm dishes, egg station and all like typical western type of cold dishes. Little bit pricey, but there was lot of different types of food. Pool & Beach area was awesome. Lot of sunchairs to choose from. There was jaguzzi also. They have net in ocean, so you don't have to mind jellyfishes when you want to take a swim. Beachbar was lovely, good prices and music, perfect place to seek sunsets ! Staff was so kind, helpful and lovely! They were always smiling. Resort is located at the most stunning beach area and near by is many good restaurants! This is the best side of Langkawi where you can stay! Free parking. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The F&B staff were not welcoming, courteous nor provided good service. No smile on their face when they needed to take orders in the restaurant. Their service was slow and the food from the restaurant and room service was terrible. Room Service staff is observed to be expecting tips when we ordered food. Unhappy look given when we decide to post-pay the payment (pay during check out).

Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering staff were quick to respond and act on my request. There were very efficient.

Nowhere in the room to leave your suitcase open. Nothing to hang wet clothing on, if you wash anything whilst staying at the Outrigger.

Lovely pool area, plenty of space for everyone. Great bubble pool too. The beach is on the doorstep. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were really hospitable. Short walk to restaurants and spa.

Obviously the hotel is aging and not the most modern interior but that is ok. If you are looking for more tourist attractions or better restaurants you’ll have to be mobile (Car or Grab).

Excellent place to stay for relaxing, great pool, 1 minute to the beach. Fantastic sunsets. You should book a deluxe or premium room.

We went to Kafe Ole with the hope to get lunch as their menu displayed food, only to find out none of the food and drinks on the menu was available. We ordered food displayed at the counter and waited 45 minutes for our chicken puffs to arrive... In the hotel room things like facial towels, hand towels and bath robes were unavailable.

Only one plug socket in the room.

Beautiful island, great hotel. Very friendly staff. Netting by the boat barrier to stop the jelly fish taking over the beach would be great. Food in the hotel was very reasonable priced and lovely. The 24hr cafe is a great bonus.
