1. Room facing main road is terribly affected by traffic noise. The windows are not sound-proof. 2. Overhead shower head leaking like fountain 3. Room telephone connection is faulty 4. On the third day of stay, hotel central water heater system broke down. After repair, still no hot water supply to the room!

It was super dirty (the sheets, dust everywhere, like no one cleaned it before).

Breakfast was fairly ok. The location was ok too (not to far away to the closest shop, but no sidewalk if you want to go there). Ok for one night to sleep over.

There was a blackout on the first night of my stay. The way the management handled it was so slow and not very accomodating.

The room aircon's was not working & after several days of complaint only move to another room. Cold water is not available in the new room only left with 100% hot water for taking bath. Wifi totally not working from day until the final day even after several complaints.

Location, but ok if you have a car. Some staff could be more helpful. No fridge in the room.

There was no mini-fridge in the room, so I couldn't keep my bottles of water cold. Only coffee was offered in the room, no tea. There were also some cleanliness issues with the carpets in the hallways, the balcony, and the wall above the bedhead. Nothing major (except for the hallway carpets), but when you notice grubby marks on the walls above the bedhead, lots of paint drops all over the windows, and the balcony drain has cigarette butts sticking out of it, it does give you a bit of 'ick'. Breakfast was pretty sad too. I eat gluten-free, so I'm used to not being able to eat too much at a breakfast buffet, but nutritious breakfast choices were really limited for anyone (i.e. there were chicken nuggets, soggy hash browns, stir-fried rice noodles without any veg, white bread only, and some cakes).

The staff at the front desk were absolutely beautiful – very kind and welcoming. The lobby was also large, bright, and clean. It was also really nice to have a big room, spacious bathroom, and a balcony with a door that opened.

The breakfast was very limited and not geared towards an international clientele. The provision of two 3-in-1 coffee bags does not cater for those who prefer tea or black coffee - usually the norm in most hotels. The TV channels were simply those from the local TV stations. There was no attempt to provide for international visitors/

The hotel was clean and obviously recently renovated, but was not geared for tourists. it seemed to be a business facility. The only good point was the ability to walk to the nearby town for a decent meal at a reasonable price.

Breakfast selection very limited. Basic amenities available in the hotel No proper walking path to nearby shops for those who wish to go to supermarket, banks etc even though these are close.

A little privacy as it is separated from nearby shops by a canal. Reasonable large swimming pool. Plenty of parking spaces.
