Wish there is lift....😁😂

Location is fantastic. We get to eat beautiful prata for breakfast and nice local noodle for dinner. The food court is just next to the hotel. The staff of hotel was nice to help change my room as the first room had air con problems. They change another comfy room. The toilets and rooms are clean. We have hot water outside the room. We have tea and coffee at a common space with nice table and chairs outside the room. Other then a down side without lift... i am blessed to have my son lift up the luaggage all the way up 3rd floor.... all else is perfect.

There’s no lift so need to carry up your luggage. For hot/cold water refill, need to go level 1 or 3. TV didn’t work well for me due to unstable internet at night. No regular TV channels. My friends had no problem though. No mini fridge or kettle in room.

It has a very nice hip lobby area, with lots of seating where you can make drinks and chat with friends … can easily refill hot & cold water. Really like my king sized bed room with wide window … room is clean and nice. Even has bathrobe ! Location is great .. lots of eateries around. Heard positive feedback from my friends. Loved the food from the vegetarian restaurant! Really yummy!

I wish the hotel lobby were more presentable. The hotel concept is really nice, but it's not maintained properly. The rooms look bigger in the pictures, probably because of the wide-angle lens.

The location is fine; it's close to the city, so there's no problem getting a Grab from the hotel. The room is alright, though I hope the hotel cleans the small cushions for every guest because I doubt they look clean judging from the condition of the pillow cushions.

The hallways and staircase area have lingering smoke odor, likely from fellow guests. No daily room cleaning when we stayed.

Good location and the room is clean, great value for money. Bathroom is big with good water pressure and ample pillows. Perfect for a short stay (a couple of nights) if you're visiting relatives during the festive seasons.

Waze does not show the right way to the hotel. Maybe it is not updated in the Waze system. The road to the hotel is a one-way road. Parking our car near the hotel is a bit difficult due to the many Chinese restaurants nearby. We need to wait till most of the shops are closed to get parking. With big luggage is at a disadvantage because there are no lifts to rooms on the upper floor. The brand of the iron is good but does not iron well even though we have turned to the highest.

The room size is just nice for the price we pay. The toilet water pressure is good. The shower is working well. Nice Ground Floor lepak place. Clean room and clean towel. Provided 2 bathrobes in the room. The room door has an alert sound if the door is not locked properly.
