Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThey vollected fees of Rm 35 even though booking.com had deducted from my card. Upon check out they refused to refund me fully. Furthermore, this premises seemed to be rented mostly by factory workers nearby. Not suitable at all for tourist like me. Name of premises also very deceiving.
They charge me more than price in booking.com. No reception upon arrival. Waited for 45 minutes

MalaysiaCleanliness. I think the cleaners can spend more time and better tools/products to give the room a better thorough clean. And maybe the management can spend more budget allocated to maintenance, instead of using a random assortment of random taps to fix the room, please use higher quality faucets etc.
Toilet is disgusting la. Why was there hair in the sink faucet, it blast out when i turned on the water. The room although cleaned but not cleaned well, still got some hair on the floor in the toilet sink. most things is broken and replaced with cheaper things, e.g. faucets, water heater, door knobs. Shower head holder broken. Door locks but deadlock rosak, viewfinder stuffed with tissue paper. Water pressure is good tho. Room and bed not smelly, but blanket got cigarette burn mark.

MalaysiaTerrible room. They said our booking room aircond was not working and gave us a smaller room. Room floor was not clean. Blanket was questionable. Bathroom was dirty. Shower head had water coming out everywhere. Door panel looked like it had been broken into before. Curtains were falling apart. We just stayed as it was almost midnight and we needed a few hours sleep. Otherwise we would have looked for another location.
