I didn’t like that our trip had to end and I had to leave the room! We wished we could have stayed here longer!

I’ve got to hand it to the staff of this hotel. From the start till the end of our trip, we have been treated as a priority. They have been so accommodating with unexpected events that happened, and the manager made it a point to check in on us every day. The hotel itself is pretty new and it’s lavish style and excellent location is really value for money. Our friends and family who stayed at the same time as us also complimented the buffet breakfast, the facilities, the spa, and the hotel rooms. We would definitely stay here again and once again thanks to each and every one of the staff that made our trip exceptional.

The housekeeping is slightly poor this time. I saw the housekeeper performing housekeeping in a nearby room, but mine was skipped. I have to call the housekeeping line to instruct the housekeeping needed. Bath salt wasn't being replenished either. It wasn't at such the last time I visited. Improvement is required.

It was not my first time staying in this hotel. The front desk did extremely well in welcoming me. The spa is excellent. The wifi is strong. Parking has more signage, which is an improvement. Received a welcoming drink, which is an additional plus point.

One thing about the check-in issue. I had arrived at 3 pm , it has been noticed that the room hadn't been ready yet . Need to wait around 15-30 mins, but I have been waiting at the lounge one and half hours until I need to go and ask for the room ready or not .

Everything inside the room is so good. Very satisfying and value for money.

the room service was pretty slow… we waited more than 45 mins for them to send someone up to make up the room as housekeeping team missed out our room in the morning, and staff took more than 45 mins to send up utensils for us after calling.

The driving environment is not ideal. You need to take a taxi to go to some central areas, not just on foot

I think price wise could be a little lower as to when i first stayed with SOFITEL. Or perhaps have more promos then id consider coming back.

i liked my entire duration i stayed at SOFITEL. The room was comfy. Bed was soft. Food was excellent and also cleanliness was on point. Most of all, the staff were friendly and courteous.
