Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bedrooms and toilets were clean and spacious. Amenities were plenty. Many eateries. KKB is a quaint and pleasant little town. Value for many. Landlady was very kind and went out of her way to send my son to a remote part of town.

MalaysiaDidn't expect another room with other guests there too. I thought I booked the whole place. I was surprised the details of the rooms were not revealed by the owner, only after one day before checking in, there was a floor plan given.
Great location. Many shops and restaurants are just below the place.

MalaysiaWe didn't like the facilities. And the room was very basic. The owner property was not helpful. We were accidentally double booked and only utilised one room. The owner didn't bother to accept our cancellation and return our money. The very basic facilities are not worth for stay at all.

Malaysiathe room was super small for its price. sharing of bathroom with strangers is something I don't like. they switched off every light at night. when I need to go to the toilet, I was groping in the dark. luckily I did not fall over. the walls were not sound proof (thin gypsum board walls) so I can hear the TV when it was switched on (at normal volume, not high volume mind you). I can hear what people in the next room were doing. very little privacy and the space was so small for me to offer my prayers
The bed was chiropractic so it was good for my back. the WiFi is quite okay. basic toiletries made available
