One bathroom/toilet in the master room which is awkward. This needs to be made very clear on the booking site. Only one access card which is not practical when you’re travelling with people who are doing their own thing. Second room is tiny with no place to hang clothes or put bags. Was not clean -hair in shower, dirty coffee glass.

Good location to Jalan Alor and Petaling St areas.

The entire facilities and the apartment are very well maintained. I felt better here than at home! The swimming pool is amazing. Enjoy it as much as possible. The owner is fast to answer and very clear with the check-in instructions. The location is central. I did everything walking.

Easy check in and check out, clean spacious unit with 2 bedroom, kitchen facilities and washing area meet our expectations. The view is amazing. The facilities of the apartment are great, swimming pool, mini golf, playground for kids, and gym. And the view from the rooftop was amazing. We can see the twin tower, kl tower, and merdeka tower.

Mattress in the master bedroom was not comfortable as the spring of mattress is hard. Perhaps owner/hot might need to check and change to a new comfortable mattress. Thank You!

There is only one bathroom in the whole apartment and it is in the master bedroom. If needed to use the bathroom at night, will be disturbing as opening the door is loud. There are stains on the bed sheets and the hanger is broken with weirdly plastic full with nails hanging on it. There's no tables in the bedroooms to put our stuffs like phones, keys, etc. The first 2 days the shower water heater was good until the 3rd day, it doesn't seem to be working and had to shower will cool water. They only provided body shampoo. There's no garbage bin in the kitchen, only can be found in the toilet. The room can be heard outside especially at night when everything is peaceful, we can hear doors opening and closing outside and vehicles zooming from outside.

There's netflix and youtube available on the television and the beds are comfy. The aircon is very cooling and the kitchen is provided with cutleries, crockeries and tools for cooking.

The cupboard smell like someone pee at there, i dont know the mattress or what. Damages drying rack, like owner doest care of this unit. Wifi so slow, my kids cannot watching the tv, remote quiet hard to handle. No water filter like coway or cuckoo for this era? Really? Kitchen sink not suitable for the layout, splash the water everywhere. Gosh. Sorry am not staying for a second time 🙌a bit dirty i guess. Just a toilet clean and the owner using the cheap toilet paper that stick to ur skin

I’m extremely happy with this apartment! Great location in a nice neighborhood. There are supermarkets and nice places for breakfast around. I’m in love with the gym, dance hall and pool area. Host is very supportive and responds very quickly Pavillion and other shopping centers can be reached on foot in 15 minutes 🩵

Overall it was good experience. It was just may be ut is how they build the room but it would be better if the bathroom is outside the main room.

Location. Near catholic church, near berjaya times square ( a bit of walking but yeah, still can be reached by foot). Near convenient stores. Downstairs has resto to choose from. Just across a hospital. Near pudu sentral. Security and safety is guaranteed. Staff are very accommodating and replies to all of the questions. Self check is also not a problem. It was easy. High speed internet. The bed were comfortable, working airconditioning unit. Amenities such as the pool was superb.

The apartment Robertson not offer about breakfast, but it no problem…cause beside of this property have 7 11 open 24h..and also have other Indian resto sell nasi lemak that is delicious….. The location is so strategic…easy go anywhere by walk. Alor street is just only 4 mins by walk and others place too. I recommended that Robertson apartment who want stay in bukit bintang. The owner by wowhome is fast respond too..👍👍👍 I will stay in again if go to Malaysia

Less than a few amenities: 3 glasses, 3 bowls, 2 spoons… it does not cost much and it really feels like saving money at every cost on this flat Bathroom located in the master room which is not ideal for the 2nd bedroom guests Had to insist to get the baby cot when we arrived despite it had been asked 3 weeks before: if the host forgot to put it before it’s ok, but when you write 2h before arriving to confirm about the baby cot and the host says it will arrive only on day 2 it’s not ok.

Almost everything is provided. You just need to go there. kitchen utensils, home appliances..etc The location of this place is very close to Jalan Alor just about 5 mins walk from here and about 15 mins walk to Pavilion. Parking is available for free just need to inform the owner.
