The safe deposit box which doesn't work. We didn't complain to the reception about this as we were staying for a night only. In addition the box isn't fixed to any cabinet or wall, it is just placed on top of a shelf, someone can just easily remove the entire box which is pretty light. I think it is a low quality safe deposit box.

Great location if you plan to spend sometime in the heritage area of Johor Bahru before crossing over to Singapore. Plenty of very nice eateries around. the paved walk running aross at the front of the hotel is very nice. Big size comfortable beds. Overall cleaniness of the room. The friendly staff.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am incredibly satisfied and pleased with every aspect of it. Each time I stay, I request the same room, and they always fulfill my request, leaving me satisfied. What impresses me even more is the hotel's parking facility, which has an elevator that takes me directly to my floor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, ensuring my safe arrival at the parking area. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a picturesque view overlooking Singapore, which is definitely a highlight. Additionally, having an elevator that takes your car directly to the parking area is a convenience that I truly appreciate. It's great to know that this feature adds to your enjoyment of the hotel.

For a short break in Jb without a car(transportation).This hotel is a good choice for you, it is very convenient near to the shopping mall, the night market. The room is very spacious, clean, and bright. Staff from FOH, housekeeping staff is very kind and friendly.

At night was quite noisy. The sound-prof is not good. I can hear the kids shouting.

Please improve customer service especially staff @ the reception area. The staff during check out is 0% customer service. no smile, no eye contact. Please hire the right staff because the hotel is very nice. it is wasted to have a staff like that.

Soundproofing can be a little better as we still hear footsteps and people talking from the corridor even though we had the corner unit (which we appreciate the staff for helping us to arrange)

Comfortable and clean room with nice view of the city. Staff very helpful and decent WiFi speed. Close to centre of city and immigration arrival from Singapore. Good hub to plan rest of travels around Malaysia. It's 8 Ringgit to the bus station via Grab, taxi

the housekeeping staff kinda forgot to clean the bathroom. I took a wet towel and floor mat to him, and had to ask for a new one.. would have preferred to see a job thoroughly done, not half-heartedly.
