İnternet is terrible, the slowest I have seen of any hotel in Abuja. Parking can be difficult sometimes, especially during the day or when they are hosting an event, which they seem to prioritise day visitors rather than hotel guests. Rooms sometimes have a remote control (for an AC or TV) missing and lighting is terrible.

5th time staying here. It's a clean enough place with a big store nearby. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. The lady manning the car hire service desk (name withheld) is super friendly and helpful. Staff all in all are generally helpful.

This is my 4th stay here in 2 years and the Internet was terrible and so bad I couldn't have any video calls, it is shocking any business person even attempts to stay here - ran multiple speed tests at various times and the maximum speed I ever got was 1.4MBps - I strongly suggest getting a WiFi dongle if you actually want to have business meetings/calls at this place. All the IT Staff (Zubairu,Steven, Isaac) were helpful in trying to resolve connectivity issues, although ultimately pointless as the speed wasn't up to scratch. The maintenance of the room facilities is very poor for a Wyndham property, and the lighting in the rooms is terrible and poor. For a supposedly business friendly hotel, a swimming pool that closes by 6pm is not useful for visitors that are actually back from their offices and meetings at 6pm, which means it is underutilised

Staff were great and always willing to help . The location was easily accessible and close to a few shopping places (big shopping mall - Sa'ad Stores is 3 minutes walk)

The AC in the sitting room wasn't working well. I would have love if the bathing section had a closet. The wardrobe closet would have been proper if it was attached the room and not to the toilet. The bed should have been a 6by6 not 4by6.. The towel in the toilet is old and partly torn.

I like the fact that it has a sitting room for relaxation and guest. I understand that thw hotel has been around for a while, the management has done well with maintenance but there is need for improvement considering the trends and market competition.

The shower water was too hot, and to make it cold, the water had be turned down to a very weak pressure. Pillows seemed old and 2 of the 4 seemed like pieces of foam. Breakfast was OK, but so sad in a country famous for beans, to be served baked beans from a can!

The room was OK, bed was firm which is comfortable for me. Front desk was supportive to hire an Uber for we when they didn't have any drivers on hand. The closet had several hangers.

The breakfast not so various that it should be and too much pepper in your food. Was not so easy to eat.

The location was not far from our office. Very good choice. The breakfast was not easy for strangers like us. You should also have international foods for people like us. +1 for the guy Ilyassou we met at the restaurant. Adorable, respectful and kind. I will definitely choose your place each time i come in Abuja.

The furnishings are quite old and could use an upgrade. It detracts from the cleanliness when the furniture is scuffed or cracked. Especially in the bathroom, the toilet seat lid was hard to close and the bath was very old and some parts (of the jacuzzi) were missing or rusty.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Service (laundry,restaurant) was very quick and when I had an issue connecting to WiFi a tech team came and resolved my issue within 5 minutes. It was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a nice view of the pool area/garden. The pepperoni pizza was delicious and i enjoyed the breakfast as well. I was glad to discover that the hotel had an in-house business centre where I was able to get my printing and photocopying done.

The lighting in the rooms were not bright enough, the pipes make a lot of noise when opened, so you could hear the creaking when your neighbors upstairs and downstairs are using it. The room layout was odd, with a wardrobe located in the bathroom (so your clothes get damp from the steam and moisture) on top of that, there was no lighting in the wardrobe itself.so you couldn't see what you were doing) The only other thing was that our door seemed broken, so difficult to lock from the inside without banging the door and the latch was broken. We didn't complain because we spent most of our time outside anyways

Good hotel located in Garki, not too far from the city center within driving distance of most places Staff were generally welcoming and helpful and overall it was a good stay Although we didn't use the pool, it looked very clean and not crowded like the Hilton.

The TV could need some upgrading as the remote was clunky and features were lacking - no usb for user content Food needs improvement. The jollof rice had too much artificial spice and was salty Brighter lighting is needed in the room

Terrible Internet. No safe in the room at check-in. At check-in they gave me a room by the side of diesel genset (terribly noisy) and without safe box. As I did not accept it, they offered to change to a room much smaller than what I booked. Only the third room was as booked, but without safe box, which was installed the following day after several unattended complaints. Internet service was very bad during the whole stay.

Very run down hotel compared to expectations of the brand. 5-6 power cuts per day, which came back on with on site generator. No towels in the roof, shower was cold and covered in mold. No alcohol available.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and willing to help. Breakfast food was good.

A staff embarrassed us on leaving the hotel but he apologised later which was not acceptable to us. Reason: After checking out, & we were inside our vehicle ,a staff came in as asked us about a missing towel in the room. Very embarrassing. ! He later discovered that the missing towel was packed out by the cleaner who initially came to the room to clean before we returned after taken our breakfast on Sunday 24 September, 2023 ..we were in room.141. Pls investigate. Thank you.
