Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It appears that they have not been trained to the rigorous standards one expects of Radisson properties. in addition they appeared overworked and putting in long stretches… The same waiters I saw on duty by 12.30pm at lunch were still there at 10pm, and there again at breakfast the next morning. The music at the Lagoon terraces were much too loud during the afternoon and deafening at night…

NigeriaI didn't have breakfast and the room was seriously uncomfortable. Plumbing was an issue but it was just for a night so I ignored it. The Hotel will do well to ensure the comfort of lodgers, especially for the price paid.

BeninEverything was ok before checkout then during my checkout, I did three visa card payment attempts with two Radisson POS before getting a successful transaction. I immediately checked my account and noticed Radisson debited my account twice. I prompted this to the staff who attended to me. His name is Oluwaseun, who assured that the second debit will be reversed. After providing all necessary information from my bank confirming Radisson has been paid twice, Radisson refused to reimburse the double debit and keep sending me to sort things out with my bank. This is after exchanging multiple emails with Chikodi, the Rooms Division Manager. I just can't trust Radisson anymore. Be careful!

NigeriaI chose Radisson Blu as the hotel to host my wife's surprise 40th birthday party. The staff were very professional, and the ambience was good. The staff were always there to help, especially Mr Joseph. They ended up singing for my wife and brought her a cake as part of the celebration. It was a memorable one for my wife.

NigeriaThe bed sheets had a funky smell. I had to cover the pillows with my shirts to mask the scent. Also, the shower drain was not working well as it took forever for the shower water to be drained. The towels looked quite old and a bit discolored. This was the second time I logged at this hotel, and this time, I was a tad bit disappointed.

It was my birthday and I was given a small celebration cake and restaurant staff sang for me. I also got a welcome letter, wine and fruits. Lots of free snacks and drinks at the reception. That was most generous of the hotel.
